Very disappointing experience. I placed an order over an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived. There was no update or clear communication about the delay. Unfortunately, this level of service is unacceptable and I won’t be ordering again

Very good experience. We took the crispy chicken and it was very good. Price is good. The only downside is the wait time, but I guess it's understandable considering the number of orders they get. Overall a great place. I recommend going there.

What just happened here? I came for shawarma and left completely blown away. The meat is perfectly spiced, the portions are generous, and they actually have fresh, healthy salad options too. But the real star? The hot sauce. I’ve never tasted anything like it. This place is on another level, pure Nirvana.

I tried it twice last year, and the taste was nothing like shawarma. I tried it again hoping it would be better, but I was surprised to find it was even worse. The meat shawarma seasoning had no resemblance to the basic shawarma flavor. The sandwich lacked tahini sauce and lemon juice, and the same was true for the chicken shawarma; it also lacked garlic cream. And the idea of ​​putting the sandwich in the grill to make it crispy only made it worse.

The cashier woman was not understanding at all and showed very poor customer service. Because of that interaction, I wouldn’t come back, even to try the crispy sandwich. It was my first time at this place, and unfortunately not a great experience. I ordered a regular shawarma thinking it would be crispy, but that was my mistake. When I received it, I realized it wasn’t what I expected and politely asked if I could exchange it for the crispy version. I was even willing to pay the $$ difference. Service: 0/10
