Shawarma moods was good. Food is good but waiting is ridiculous long, 1 hour it took me to get my order. Employees are polite and helpful. Forget about eating in, all tables are occupied from the customer's waiting for there orders. If they double their location in size they will definitely grow even more. They have what it takes.

Not worth the hype or the wait at all. The viral crispy shawarma is basic and they don’t present it to you like how you see it on TikTok and Reels. A disappointment after waiting 2 hours but then again, what is there to do in Montreal in the winter

I ordered a beef shawarma crispy wrap and it took over 50mins to actually receive it. The beef had absolutely no flavor. I was extremely disappointed and won't return. I love shawarmas. Don't waste your time or money

This location service is a lot faster but it's very small if you plan to eat on site. Overall love the food .

I really love this Shawarma place and have always appreciated how great the management team is. That’s why I’m leaving this comment, because I care about this place and want to see it keep its high standards. During my last two visits, the experience wasn’t quite as satisfying. We waited in a long line around 5 p.m., and when we finally got our Shawarma Saj Chicken, it seemed the team was a bit overwhelmed. The Saj was over-grilled and slightly burnt, which made the chicken dry, and there wasn’t enough garlic sauce to balance it out. I completely understand that things get busy, but I hope this feedback helps remind the team that consistency is key. This is still my favorite Shawarma spot, and I’ll definitely be coming back, I just wanted to share this with management because I truly want to see them keep thriving.

I'll tell you about MY experience. Decided to try the viral crispy shawarma and see what the fuzz was all about. Got there at 2:35pm and by 2:40pm my order was placed and paid. The place was nearly empty, but got full of people afterwards. We took a seat and waited for our order. We saw people that ordered after us get theirs. 2 young ladies that arrived later seemed to knew one of the cooks and he gave them 4 crispy shawarmas and they sat down. But one of them was not the right order so the cook made them another one and took back the one that was wrong (from the ladies, the shawarma was half opened and the lady had it in her hands) and put it back on the counter with the others. A gentleman that had just ordered, received his immediately but little did he know it was the one the ladies had in their hands a minute ago...(Is that ok you think?). Anyways, so back to my order... After waiting 26 minutes, I got up and asked what was going on, the lady said it was coming up and gave me half of it and said the rest was going to take 5 more minutes. Waited 9 minutes later and asked and it was still not done even if other orders were fulfilled so asked again. Lady said it was coming up but still got nothing. By almost 40 minutes wait time I asked for my order to be refunded. The manager arrived and tried to make it right but at that point I only wanted my money back and to leave. He refunded me (thanks for that, really appreciated). When I was on my way out he asked me to take 2 to go (my order was 3, but had been refunded) at first I did not want them as it was already too late but he insisted and I took them. The shawarmas were really amazing but the whole experience already left me a bitter taste. My experience was probably isolated but nothing explains why my order took so long and never fully got fulfilled. The restaurant did get busy but that was after I ordered so the lame excuse the lady came up with saying they were busy was not the truth. If you read this long, I still recommend the place, try it out for yourself, hopefully your experience is not as awful as mine.

Shawrma is super good 👍 But honestly I hated to wait more than an hour 🙄 I don't know why they do like that to make ppl wait long to get Shawrma it's annoying and unprofessional.
