Went here on a Friday night and the vibe felt off. A black male server working that night was acting pretty unprofessional, constantly flirting with customers. At one point I noticed him take a very intoxicated girl into a more private/back area, which made me really uncomfortable. It just didn’t feel like a well-managed or safe environment after that.

I visited recently and was uncomfortable with how one of the servers was behaving with customers. He was engaging in very explicit and inappropriate flirting with a young woman in front of others, which felt unprofessional and out of place in that environment. It created an awkward atmosphere and didn’t reflect well on the establishment. I hope management can address this to maintain a more respectful and professional experience for customers. That said, the food was great and overall I had a really good experience

It was my first time there, food was good, liked the ambiance. The first part of the service was good, the second half could have been better, there was a shift change and it took is almost 20 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 to get our bills

As much as I try to like this place, I just can't. No matter which tartare I try they all taste the same. I had the duo and both tartare were tasteless. And what to say about the fries...they taste exactly like Cavendish Restaurent style frozen fries which I can do at home for much less. Your prices are way too high for the quality of food you serve. Add to that the moody server...I have never seen her smile or be courteous. I do not recommend this place and would give it a zero if it was possible. Don't tell me to write to you to discuss unless you are willing to step up your game.

very bad service from the waitress When serving food I do not bring utensils or napkins we talked to him and he didn't take any attention We had to go to the bar so they could serve us better.

Service was not great at all. Waited 10 mins for the waiter to stop flirting with another waiter. Check on us or ask if we want refils 1 time the whole night. Took us over 25 mins to get the check so we can leave. Honestly this place is night, I know saturday nights are busy.. but it did sour what would of been a great night out.

1st time at this restaurant and was not disappointedI have service 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to ask twice for the dessert menu and that part was to long otherwise service was excellent. We tried the salmon and beef Tartars and both were delicious, served with a nice house salad, thin soft fries and some perfectly crisp bread croutons for the tartar. I had a very generous spicy margarita. The dessert was their Pudding Chomeur which was served warm with a scoop of ice cream. The pudding was a little too dry for my tasteMonday nights for now had great specials on burgers and to my delight Tartars! I will definitely return..

The Food: Calamari, Tartar, Huge Cheese Burger and dessert were Amazing. We even got a Bottle of wine all for 100$ including taxes with there Valentine’s Day promotion. Wow!! Great staff! We will be going back for sure 👍.

Very nice experience. I and my family (2 kids) spent a good time in this nice and cozy location. The interior design is cool. The quality of food was excellent. We tried a tartar of Shrimp and lobster and it has been delicious. Good selection of Shakes. There was a menu for kids that was appreciated by my kids. Price reasonable.

First time, the place is huge , a bit loud, but manageable. The food is ok, I guess for the price you pay. Attracts younger people. Very hard to find parking on the busy night. Maybe will try again in the summer

My girlfriend had the seafood poutine and I had the Cheeseburger - we both agreed this was way, way tastier than we expected. Impressive. Just the fries alone were so well seasoned. The drinks are amazing, the vibe and atmosphere too. And the service was great. I hope I got his name right: Matice, our waiter last night gave us a real 5 star treatment.

Food ok for price but 2 salmon tartar was just ok. Had to move seats 3 times after making a reservation, that was not ok. Overall not bad, been there before and had better service so maybe just a one of.

Horrible atmosphere and all bar tenders sais they cant do cocktails . I came to drink and they said only small beverages or cans can be made close to midnight . Maybe this place needs to be checked …. Dont come unless u want cheep fast alcohol.

We went there for my friend’s birthday & we reached there at 10:40pm. The server there saw us and clearly ignored. He was cleaning the table right infront of us and kept ignoring. We were standing there for 5 mins until we just got inside to get someone’s attention, and one of the server came all drunk and said they are closed. Although it says closing at 12am. Very disappointing service.

Great food, reasonably price, fresh produce, nice selection of wines, competitively priced. The only letdown is nobody answers the phone or text messaging system doesn't work to reserve or to get information etc...

We had a reservation for New Year’s Eve and arrived exactly on time, but were shocked by how poorly everything was managed. We were kept waiting in a long line, asked to stand outside in the cold and snow, and never received the table we had reserved despite confirming our booking twice. There was no hostess to guide or update us for more than 45 minutes, the security staff were rude and unhelpful, and the place was clearly overbooked with no respect for customers who had reservations. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, so we ended up leaving without ever being seated. Very bad organisation and management overall, and we will never come back again.
