Great food, reasonably price, fresh produce, nice selection of wines, competitively priced. The only letdown is nobody answers the phone or text messaging system doesn't work to reserve or to get information etc...

We had a reservation for New Year’s Eve and arrived exactly on time, but were shocked by how poorly everything was managed. We were kept waiting in a long line, asked to stand outside in the cold and snow, and never received the table we had reserved despite confirming our booking twice. There was no hostess to guide or update us for more than 45 minutes, the security staff were rude and unhelpful, and the place was clearly overbooked with no respect for customers who had reservations. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, so we ended up leaving without ever being seated. Very bad organisation and management overall, and we will never come back again.

SHAKER Centropolis is a fun spot with a lively atmosphere and a big menu. The burgers and cocktails are highlights, especially if you’re going out with friends. Service is generally friendly, and the place has a great vibe for evenings and weekends. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, though it can get busy and noisy at peak times. Overall, a solid choice for casual dining and drinks.

I walked into this establishment and was completely ignored. No one greeted me, no one seated me, and after standing there for about 15 minutes, I finally got a table on my own. When the waitress eventually showed up, she started cleaning the table with a product that smelled strongly of javel (bleach). The odor was so strong it was unpleasant and completely unacceptable while customers are sitting there. I have never experienced such disregard and disrespect for customer service in any restaurant or bar. It wasn’t even busy, yet the staff acted like they didn’t care at all. This kind of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will not return — not even if it were free!!

We visited Shaker in Laval because it offered a children’s menu, but what we didn’t expect was just how fantastic the whole experience would be. Ambience: The restaurant has plenty of seating and an open, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax as a family. Kids’ Meals: Generous portions and delicious flavors! Our kids loved the General Tao, poutine, spaghetti, and juicy burger — each dish was a hit. Adult Meals: I enjoyed the 6oz bavette, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My wife had the beet salad topped with warm fried goat cheese, which was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying.

A great place to eat out with friends or colleagues. The food and drinks are good and the service was relatively fast. It's best to communicate with the staff in French (this is Quebec, after all).

Such a beautiful restaurant to have a meal! I ordered the flank steak and my husband had steak too. The gravy tasted so good — I loved it! We’ll definitely be coming back soon to try the burger 🍔😋 The waiter was very nice and handled his job smoothly.”
