Restaurant management & service needs serious improvement. Making a group of 15 people wait over 1 hour when they have a reservation is unacceptable. Food is decent if you’re looking for americanized italian food. Vibe is 10/10

THANK YOUUUU SERGIOLINOOO🤩🤩🤩💓💓 Sergiolino is officially our new go-to restaurant for our girls’ tradition. We love going out together just to catch up, and this year marked our second visit to Sergiolino and both times, we had an amazing time. The service is a solid 10/10. The staff always makes sure we’re well taken care of, and we even sat at the same table again—it’s starting to feel like our signature spot! The team is fun, kind, and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. We truly love coming here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Hopefully one day we’ll get to meet Sergio 🤭🤭

Close to the metro, decorationsand music off the hook. I felt like I should have teased my hair and wore my ultra bulky earrings to have the most emersive experience ever. I also now have a need to procure a cheetah statuette. Service was very good, professional and courteous. Our server was very kind and polite. He had a large section but stayed on point. Food: wow. Fantastic. Simple ingredients, high quality and most importantly, fresh. It wasn't super salty so that's always great. I loved that the resto is family style portion, so it makes it more accessible $ if you go with your family and friends. We had a bit of everything, don't ask me what but it was all good. Oh yes, the meatball was memorable.. and the hot honey on that spicy pizza. So good I forgot to take pics 😄

Atmosphere extremely fun, Definitely party like especially as a group Service spot on, we were a group of 22 and everyone got served at the same time. Fixed menu helps in that respect. Food portions tasty and plentiful, choose the $80 option again more than enough for 22 adults. Wine extra decent choices and prices. One downside our 8pm got move to 8:30pm and unfortunately by the time we sat down it was 8:45 closer to 9. It does create an inconvenience. Misc. 3hr free parking, validate ticket at restaurant Can bring your own cake and they will cut and serve it. More than willing to pack up extra food to bring it home, (they recommended it) Definitely worth going, big or as a small group and even as a couple.

Parking situation was terrible 35min to find a spot underground parking.. food was okay.. But I have to hand it to the bartender he makes the best Cosmopolitan I’ve had since living in Manhattan.. waiter was very sweet and attentive.. would go again if parking situation ever improved..

After reading the reviews, we had high expectactions. First off, when we made the reservation, we specifically asked for a corner table or a table against a wall, since one of us has agoraphobia. They were going to sit us at a table in the middle, right by the kitchen. Fortunately, they were able to move us. The Happy Hour and Daily specials are worth it. The proscuitto pizza was very delicious. The cocktails and wine were good. We really enjoyed the beautiful decor and the 80's music. But...then, they sat a lady next us that was wearing waaaay too much perfume. I felt like I was going to throw up. We asked to be moved because we weren't finished and they were not able/willing to do anything to accomodate us. We had to drink up and cut our evening short because it was unbearable. Our waitress was nice, but we weren't wow'd by her service. Eventhough I tipped 25%, we never got water refills nor the end of meal surprise, which everybody around us got. We left early, with a headache and disappointment.

I went there for my birthday on the 28th of December. Food was good, but the service was bad… our server (dressed in white) was nice, but we saw him maybe 3 times the whole night. However, the « busboys » I’m assuming, were really rude. My boyfriend asked for a glass of water since we were missing one, and the busboy literally threw it accross the table almost breaking the glass. We then asked for Parmesan for our pasta and got an eye roll from the same busboy again. Everytime we were asking for something, we felt like we were actually bothering them. The vibe was off afterwards, we wanted to stay a little bit longer for another drink but decided it was better to leave if we were gonna be treated this way. Overall, food was good, the server was nice and professional, but the service of the busboys has to be reevaluated if they keep servicing the tables.

Cute place menu is limited also time is limited. Must leave within 2 hours which doesn’t really give you the time to mingle. Will I go back maybe not on top of my list to be honest.

If you want to have a great vibe in a cute and girly atmosphere it is the place to be but unfortunately the food is way overpriced and the taste is basic nothing that would explain the cost of the plates! We ended up sharing the Madonna trio and we received maybe 5 lobster raviolis drenched in olive oil , 4 pieces of lamb chops that were mostly fat and very tiny overpowered in again olive oil and rosemary and thinly sliced potatoes who were blend and drench again in EVOO. Overall, great service, the manager was very nice and sat us at a table when we had a bar reservation and our waiter Michel was nice and very entertaining so 3/5 stars for our experience.

Super excited to finally visit this restaurant for a birthday lunch, only to have my wife get stuck in the washroom as there was no handle to exit.... She proceeded to have a panic attack and the host who finally opened the door acted nonchalant as it happens all the time. Very disappointed in the reaction so had to leave due to the staffs reaction (manager barely acknowledged us)... Was really excited to try this place 😭

I celebrated my birthday here and I couldnt ask for a better athmosphere and vibe. Very grateful for the staff, the drinks were very good & the group menu is great and affordable for everyones liking. The food portions are very generous plus you take home everything you didnt get to eat. Thank you for having us!!

We had a good time. The music was great. Brought me back to the 80’s. The only complaint is that the meat dishes do not come with any sides. I had the veal piccata and I found it expensive for the amount of meat they serve. Add the sides that are ordered apart, it becomes expensive and not worth the money. I would not order any meat dishes if I decide to go back.
