The pizza was good. Their mains look solid. Unfortunately, the souffle I got was undercooked for sure. The top was somewhat cooked, however the below was pure liquid and I'm serious. It was probably a small mistake by missing a few minutes in the oven. The vanilla gelato on top of the soup souffle was delicious tho. Service 10/10.

This was our 2nd visit. Service was welcoming and friendly. Our dishes were fresh, tasty and good portions. Fried Calamari entrees was the best I've had. Fresh flavourful and perfectly cooked. Seafood pasta was delicious. My only suggestion would be in prepping the Seafood Fettuccine i would add a little bit more Calamari. The shrimp were perfect as were the mussels but calamari in ours were tiny round pieces from the ends of calamari and didn't do the plate justice. Otherwise the taste was perfect. Our drinks were delicious- i had a Moktail, and wine was good.

The food was pretty good but service wasn't the best. Very irritated staff, they were unprofessional, inpatient and rude. Server throwing a fit because he couldn't figure out how to split the bill. Wouldn't go again.

We had an amazing experience ( not a regular service ) but a whole EXPERIENCE by FRANKIE , the love and passion for his job made this whole experience very joyful Thank you Frankie, a side note he is the Bar Manager and makes amazing cocktails too !

From the moment we walked into Sergiolino, we felt it. The vibe, the warmth, the way everyone welcomed us in… it felt like we were with family. From the amazing bartender Frederico to the servers and all the staff, we were completely taken care of all night. And Alex, the manager, was just incredible. He runs the place so well but still makes time to connect with people, which you don’t see often. The food was outstanding. Margherita pizza, penne alla vodka, chicken parmesan and calamari… everything was so good. And we ended with tiramisu, which was the perfect finish. We found out it was Alex’s birthday and let the staff know. We asked him to pull up a chair and join us, and next thing you know the whole restaurant was celebrating. What an amazing night, making a new friend and just celebrating life. We didn’t even leave before making another reservation for my sister’s 50th birthday in May. Awesome time & can’t wait to come again!

Great atmosphere! Great food! Now the negative. 1 server that was preparing the salad got lemon juice on my brand new suit. He didn't care just kept on going like he had half hour left and I'm outa here type of employee. Another 2 server's had little spatial awareness. I get if it was busy you get close, but there was lots of room! Those 2🙎🏿‍♂️ again didn't care and nearly caught a utensils to the face. Would i go back. I do not think so.

I had such an incredible experience at Sergiolino in Laval! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing — it has this fun retro vibe that makes the whole place feel lively and unique. You can really tell a lot of thought went into the concept and the ambiance. ✨🍝 The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The pasta and pizza are especially delicious, and you can tell the chefs really care about quality and authentic Italian flavors. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous too. What made the experience even better was the service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. It’s the kind of place where you want to stay longer, enjoy a drink, and just soak in the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great Italian restaurant in Laval with amazing food, great drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere, Sergiolino is definitely a place you need to try. I will absolutely be coming back again soon! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service is quick and good, food was good mostly but the fried calmari was horrible. The music goes from normal volume to 300% every couple of minutes it is pretty obnoxious. The portions are very strangely sized

I’m writing to share my disappointment about my experience last night. I was dining with friends when the manager Alex asked for us to leave our table and move to the bar because apparently our table was reserved for another party. What made the situation particularly frustrating is that the table remained unused for over an hour and a half afterward. Shortly after, I noticed the manager , Alex, sitting there with friends and having drinks, which made the decision to move us even harder to understand. I’ve been a loyal customer since the opening of your restaurant— I’ve visited more than a dozen times and have even hosted family celebrations at your restaurant with bills exceeding $1,000. Because of that history, I expected a much higher level of consideration and customer service.Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and disappointing. It’s not the level of hospitality I’ve come to associate with your establishment, and it left a negative impression on both me and my guests that were there for their first time . I hope you take this feedback seriously and reflect on how situations like this are handled in the future.

Great place, great food but if it's supposed to family style oriented, I hate places with 2 or 3 seating times. Especially when you're celebrating an occasion, you feel rushed out. Italian families stay together 3-4 hours. Parking was terrible. Restaurant told us we wouldn't have an issue even if we were passed the 3 hours mark, but the parking attendant wouldn't let us out until we argued or else we would have had to pay $22, but restaurant was also 25min late to seat us. Disappointed for this. Dont think my parents want to come back just because of this issue. Even the parking attendant discouraged us from coming back.

My second time at Sergiolino and I was very disappointed by the food. The pasta tasted too starchy (we had alla Gigi) and our $24 cheesecake had unripped strawberries on top. The atmosphere is always on point but the food not worth the money!
