Food was very good but a bit pricey for pasta and pizza, atmosphere was fun. But the service could’ve been better. We didn’t feel they were very prepared for our event. Our waitress wasn’t as attentive as we would’ve liked. Overall it was a fun experience if you love 80s music.

First time at Sergiolino and it definitely won’t be my last! We were a group of 8 and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere and décor were beautiful, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous, and I loved that you can choose between a full or half portion. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Looking forward to coming back and recommending it to others!

We had a reservation and when we arrived they repeatedly told us the table would be ready “in 2 minutes”. After waiting 40 minutes past our reservation time, we were too hungry and decided to go eat elsewhere.

The food was very good. Count about 100$ for 2 meals and one entree. The experience in itself is different and I wasn’t aware of it. This place aim to have people order food and share it between multiple people rather than eating by yourself. You can still order for one person even tho portion are on the bigger side.

The girl at the reception who greeted us and brought us to our table was very rude. No professionalism at all. Bad start. The service was very slow. We waited an hour for our plates. The price of everything was crazy, 19$ for one meatball!! Also we came here for a birthday celebration for a friend but we found it weird that the staff did not come by our table like they did for the others (the music gets louder and they bring a cupcake and they wave their napkins around). Someone else mentioned the same situation in another review and I think it comes down to disorganized and inattentive staff. I also did not appreciate the waitress taking my food away without asking if I wanted the leftovers in a to go box. A major letdown, not returning here. 👎🏻

Our experience at Sergiolino was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. Despite having an 8:30 PM reservation, we waited a long time to be seated. Once seated, it took nearly 45 minutes before anyone came to properly serve our table. Throughout the evening, service was painfully slow and disorganized. We never received plates or cutlery when we needed them, mistakes were made with our order, and we constantly had to track down our waiter whenever we needed anything. What was particularly frustrating was that our waiter seemed largely absent. On multiple occasions, I noticed him standing and chatting near the bar area with who appeared to be management while guests were waiting for service. Not once did he proactively check on our table to see if we needed anything. The food certainly didn’t make up for the experience. At best, it was below average and nowhere near worth the excessive wait times and poor service. We arrived for our reservation at 8:30 PM and didn’t leave until approximately 12:30 AM. The majority of that four-hour experience was spent waiting—for service, for food, for assistance, and eventually for the bill. Unfortunately, this restaurant completely missed the mark on both service and food. We will not be returning and cannot recommend it.

An exceptional dining experience every time. The food is outstanding, and we love discovering the variety of dishes on the menu. The atmosphere is truly unique, with a perfect soundtrack that transports you back to the 80s. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Whether for a special celebration, a date night, or an evening with friends, Sergiolino never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Amazing vybe, decoration, service and atmosphere. The bartender knows her stuff and made me a wicked drink 🍸 🤪. Food was fresh and made to perfection. Will definitely return, refer and recommend.

Although we had reserved for 7 people a month before the diner, they Jamed us in a booth for 6 people, we had elderly people with us and where very uncomfortable. They also put tge SOUND ON FOR THE HOCKEY GAME! The TV'S Would of sufficed. We love the signing for the birthdays but the sound of the tv??? We had a lovely wateress, very nice and respectful. Unfortunately we will not go back! There are allot of very good restaurants that can seat us comfortable and will honor their reservations with food as good or better.

Excellent service. Love the atmosphere especially the music. I would get exited every time they raised the volume knowing that a table was about to have a celebration. The food is excellent, tasty, wonderful presentation. And validated parking!
