Great experience! But make sure you make a reservation as it is clearly a favorite amongst alot of people. The staff had at least 8-10 birthdays on the night that we went and it was very pleasing and fun, everyone joined in on the birthday celebrations. Great atmosphere all around and service was fast even though it was packed.

We had a really nice time here. The chicken pasta with vodka sauce was super flavourful and creamy, and the pesto pizza was honestly just as good. Everything tasted fresh and well made. The service was also great, our server was really kind and friendly which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d go back to. 💯💯

Love the aesthetic of the restaurant - we had dinner on a Sunday night and there was a lot of people but service was very good (spot is next to Place Bell so if there is a show scheduled make sure you make a reservation!). Our server Cristian was very attentive! Food was pretty good, great flavors and very filling. We had the Cesar Salad and Bruschetta Toasts for appetizers, good size and tasty! Main meals: Prosciutto Pizza and Cheese Pizza, Truffle Pasta and Spicy Chicken Rigatoni and it was delicious! For dessert, cannolis are a must. We all shared the meals because the plates are big. I recommend this place with a big group of friends or for a date night, ambiance was 10/10.

I recently visited Sergiolino Laval and unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. We had a reservation for 7:45 PM, but getting there was already frustrating due to a show at Place Bell. Traffic was a nightmare, with long lineups just to access parking and no clear signage indicating which entrance to use for which restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we still waited about 10–15 minutes to be seated, and to make matters worse, three tables that arrived after us were seated first. The restaurant itself wasn’t even busy—only a small section was occupied—so that was confusing. The decor and ambiance are genuinely beautiful, but the biggest issue was the atmosphere being constantly disrupted. Every time a birthday or cake came out, the music was blasted at an extremely loud volume. We had to stop our conversations because we were practically yelling to hear each other. At one point, this happened three times within 15 minutes, which became overwhelming and gave me a headache. That’s ultimately when we decided to ask for the bill early. Service was okay overall, but a bit pushy. While we still had food on our appetizer plates, three different bussers came by asking to clear them, even though we wanted to keep them to eat with our mains—which also took quite a while to arrive. As for the food, it was hit or miss. The seafood linguini had an odd, slightly fishy taste and was very bland with barely any sauce. The vodka gnocchi was especially disappointing—overcooked, soft, and almost slimy, completely drenched in sauce. Definitely not something I’d recommend. The only dishes we enjoyed were the mushroom pasta and the fried mozzarella appetizers. We ended up skipping dessert because the constant loud music made the experience unenjoyable. Overall, while the restaurant has a nice aesthetic, the service inconsistencies, food quality, and disruptive atmosphere mean I wouldn’t return.

HORRIBLE SERVICE — NEVER AGAIN I’m writing to share my extremely disappointing experience yesterday for my birthday. The main reason I chose this restaurant was for the celebratory atmosphere, especially the cake presentation. Unfortunately, everything about that moment was handled terribly: * The waiter asked for our song choice but played the wrong music. * He brought the cake to the table with zero energy & no effort, no celebratory vibe, none of the fun presentation we saw at other tables. * When we pointed out the mistake, he responded by swearing and saying, “I hate this shit.” Completely unprofessional. * He came back with an attitude, speaking in an aggressive tone. When my friend asked about the lights and atmosphere he gave to other tables, he snapped back, “What else do you want?” * He then asked if I even wanted the cake at the restaurant or to take it home. At that point, I was so upset I said to box it. * While my friends were still trying to sing, he took the cake away, put it in a box, and brought it back mid-moment. It completely ruined the celebration. This was supposed to be a special birthday outing, and the service made it one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. To make matters worse, when I asked for a manager, there was no response no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing high as if he was on drugs Absolutely unacceptable service. I will not be returning.

The Fettuccini needed more sauce but was good. The long Island Iced Tea was too strong and I had many at different Restaurants and clubs. The waiter was very friendly, I just wished he passed by more often to ask if we are ok as we needed more napkins. I LOVE THE MUSIC AND THE ENERGY and I oved that when they put a song on very loud to bring the cake out and then slowly fades it down so we can enjoy the music.

Today we went my family and i to celebrate my cousin's birthday, at first , everything looked quite causy , but dont get fooled by the ambiance. The waiter just completely forgot about us. not only that but it took forever for our food to come , i get it sometimes it can get busy, but tonight was ridiculous , we litteraly had to ask for everything , forks,water, even the cheese for our pasta. they never came to check us , its as if they forgot we were here. we wanted a birthday cake for my cousin.cause the restaurent seemed to do something special for the birthday people , but again they forgot about us. , we wanted desert, and asked for it , for the desert menu, they forgot about it again. the food was okay.

This place is Amazing fun 80's music Atmosphere, Ambiance just fun. Our Waiter Mateo Exceptional, he was the best. The food EVERYTHING DELICIOUS!!! I can't stop talking about it... Thank you got this amazing experience We are DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!

This is a fun place to have dinner. The wait staff and support staff are fun and attentive. The food is very good and always good. The atmosphere really elevates the experience. It’s fun , lively yes it’s loud but you can still talk across the table. If there is a birthday happening that’s when things get crazy. A line of waiters comes out the music gets louder and the whole restaurant is waiving their napkins over their heads participating in your birthday. You have to go to experience what the restaurant has to offer you will be pleasantly surprised. One thing I forgot is go a few minutes early, the walls of the hallway leading to the main entrance are lined with 80’s themed posters and music covers and all sorts of items from that era. Enjoy , my family and friends always do.

I’ve been here a few times. The food and drinks are amazing and consistent. I like the decor. The only issue is that the music is so loud you can’t hear each other and sometimes I can’t taste my food because it’s too loud.

I just love this restaurant…from the atmosphere to the decor to the music to the food. It starts from the corridor leading to the restaurant with all kinds of 80s photos. I loved trying to guess every single movie, actor/actress, singer/band and tv show. Inside the decor is just as impressive. The ambience is lively and interactive. People are singing at their table and joying in the birthday celebration singing. The service is amazing and super friendly. The food is really fresh, delicious and the best part of is shareable. I have tried the lamb chops or the ravioli with pesto sauce and pine nuts. This time around as appetizers, we had the tomato panzanella (half portion); fried calamari (half portion) and Caesar salad (half portion). For the meal, we had chicken piccata limone (full size) and gnocchi alla vodka (full size). For dessert, we had tiramisu (half portion) and strawberry cheesecake (half portion). We were 4 people and we were stuffed and the even half portion desserts were big for 2 people. We also had 2 cocktails each they were very tasty. For the birthday person, they give you the ice cream sundae. There is indoor parking and they validate for 3 hrs. Give it a visit, you won’t regret it! It is a fun night out!

Incredible Vibe, Huge Portions, and World-Class Service! Such a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is the perfect mix of lively and festive, while still feeling incredibly cozy with great music. We celebrated a birthday here and the staff created such a wonderful, true Italian vibe for the occasion. The cocktails were delicious, the food was great, and the portion sizes are massive! Most importantly, the service is top-notch. Our server, Christian, was phenomenal. We were heading to a concert afterward, and he went completely above and beyond to take care of us and accommodate our evening plans in a way we never expected. He provided a true "wow" moment that made our night. We can't wait to come back!

The pizza was good. Their mains look solid. Unfortunately, the souffle I got was undercooked for sure. The top was somewhat cooked, however the below was pure liquid and I'm serious. It was probably a small mistake by missing a few minutes in the oven. The vanilla gelato on top of the soup souffle was delicious tho. Service 10/10.

This was our 2nd visit. Service was welcoming and friendly. Our dishes were fresh, tasty and good portions. Fried Calamari entrees was the best I've had. Fresh flavourful and perfectly cooked. Seafood pasta was delicious. My only suggestion would be in prepping the Seafood Fettuccine i would add a little bit more Calamari. The shrimp were perfect as were the mussels but calamari in ours were tiny round pieces from the ends of calamari and didn't do the plate justice. Otherwise the taste was perfect. Our drinks were delicious- i had a Moktail, and wine was good.

The food was pretty good but service wasn't the best. Very irritated staff, they were unprofessional, inpatient and rude. Server throwing a fit because he couldn't figure out how to split the bill. Wouldn't go again.
