If you ever wanted a Laval dining experience matching the historic elegance of New Orleans' Vincent Hotel combined with the chic style of the nearby Restaurant R'evolution, then this restaurant is for you! The interior is a unique escape and incredibly well decorated. The servers and bar staff are perfectly attired while delivering great service with style and kindness. I was able to taste two dishes: Cajun chicken and jambalaya risotto. Both were full of the classic flavors only found in the southern states. Both were exceptional. This will become my regular restaurant. There is also live jazz on some nights. When there isn't live music, there is jazz piped through a very high end sound system that allows for easy conversations while saturating the space.
