This place is such a vibe. Right when you walk in it feels like you are somewhere else ! 10 out of 10 for this. Good is right on point I will definitely be back just for that reason. Service is on point but a little bit slow it was a quiet night I didn't expect having to look and call a waiter on such a slow night but everything else was just perfect. Do yourself a favor and go try this place if you want to experience a little bit of Louisiana. Ps margaritas are a banger.

I went on a Thursday night and had such a great experience. There was a live singer who added the perfect ambiance—you could really enjoy the music while still being able to have a conversation, which made it ideal for a relaxed evening. The food was absolutely amazing—very flavorful and well prepared. Just a heads-up: the menu is inspired by New Orleans Creole cuisine, so some dishes can be on the spicier side if you’re not used to it. We tried the tacos, pasta, and jambalaya, and everything was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it for a date night!

I will never return to this restaurant again! Upon out arrival, the hostess told us that they gave our table to someone else but another table would be available shortly. We waited another 45 minutes. They were very short staffed, our waiter was so busy that we waited 20 minutes before he came to our table, he gave us water, we put in our drink order and starters for the table. The starters arrived before our drinks. We had to remind him about our drinks. The starters and drinks were good. We then ordered our mains and more drinks. Again out mains arrived before the drinks. 5 out of 6 meals arrived cold and inedible. We advised our water and he was very apologetic, he removed the meals from our bills, we paid and left. Never did a manager come talk to us or anyone try to remedy the situation.

We reserved, came & found ourselves waiting 30 minutes to get a seat at the BAR. the BAR. it was that full! Service was horrific, organisation is terrible, food is the only thing that passes. Mocktails were a huge miss ; one was extremely sweet , the other tasteless. Service was terrible, we even forced ourselves to give a tip. I will NEVER go back & all my friends are going to hear about this one. 90$ down the drain for entrees & mocktails btw.

We went to Louisinana yesterday and it was amazing! Everything from the drinks to the food was perfect. Special shoutout to the crab dip with plantain chips—absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

We chose this restaurant for the first time for my friend’s birthday. The service and atmosphere were nice; however, the food did not meet my expectations. The rice was cold and mushy.

Had the 4 course meal, gumbo, spaghetti, jambalaya and cheesy grits. All missing salt, shrimps on the jambalaya had no seasoning, grits were as bland as they come.. spaghetti had very little flavor.. I came here for major flavor but did not get it. Service was very long but its okay because the decor and music was great. The beignet was the highlight of everyone's meal. High end prices should be rewarded with high-end meal. Kitchen should be tasting before they send the food.

I went yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday it was probably our favourite restaurant experience. I forgot the name of our waitress but she was so nice, the food is great, the atmosphere is cute, the bus girls and the hostess were also so nice. They surprised my boyfriend with a happy birthday celebration with the beignets and it was so fun and we got a little polaroid taken of us! super fun!

I've never actually dined here, and unfortunately, that's entirely the restaurant's fault. I was trying to organize a surprise party for my wife and reached out on multiple occasions to make a reservation. Each time, we were told someone would call us back and each time, that call never came. After my kids tried repeatedly without success, I personally called and left a message asking them to get back to me so we could finalize the details. Still nothing. We eventually had to take our business elsewhere, which was disappointing given how much effort we put into trying to make this work. A restaurant that can't follow up on a simple phone call raises serious concerns about how they'd handle an actual event. If you're planning a group dinner or a special occasion, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere somewhere that will actually communicate with you and help ensure everything goes smoothly. First impressions matter, and we will never look at this establishment again .

After looking up their promotions on the Louisinana website i went to the restaurant for 7$ tacos on tuesdays. I was very upset when i came to find out that this promotion was not valid while they still had the ad up on theyre webpage while i was speaking with the waiter. The screenshot included in this review is still on their website so if you want to go for these promos dont bother…

I didn't like the food is order. I ordered waffle and chicken the waffle was burn and the chicken was blend . The decor was beautiful to look at .My knife was dirty they change it but still go somewhere else . There were flies in winter in the restaurant

I’m writing this review after a very disappointing experience during a group dinner. The restaurant had been informed one week in advance that there would be one vegetarian guest in the group — me. We had a fixed menu: shared appetizers and a choice of main course. Not a single option was vegetarian, so I initially assumed they would prepare something for me separately. At the beginning of the dinner, before any appetizers were served, we were asked to choose the main course that everyone would be eating. When I explained that I was the vegetarian guest they had been warned about, I was told that the only thing available for me was a salad. I was extremely unhappy, and only thanks to someone in my group we managed to find the solution: rosé pasta. After that, the fixed appetizers were brought to the table for everyone else — except me. I was not offered any alternative appetizers, no substitutions, no effort of any kind. I was simply left there watching everyone eat. I even proposed an extremely simple solution: bringing me the same taco served as the main course to the others, just without the chicken. The waiter initially said this was not possible. Only after another person in my group insisted did the waiter agree, saying it would take 15–20 minutes. At that point, the timing was irrelevant — I just wanted to eat instead of sitting there hungry and uncomfortable. This experience left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. In a city like Montreal in 2026, and after proper notice, a restaurant should be able — and willing — to accommodate a vegetarian guest with basic respect and professionalism. What happened that night shows a complete lack of care, flexibility, and consideration.

Had dinner with friends there but music was a bit loud to hear one another. Our waiter was very kind and when asked to try to lower the volume it was done. Food and drinks were delicious. Our server was 10/10 attentive and making sure we are good.

Food was really good, the place is really pretty too. The service is not great though. Servers were pouring water and dragging the napkin in our food, gave one of our friends a knife from across the table facing the knife at her, staff is just really lost.
