This restaurant is overhyped! Food is overpriced and not tasty. I changed plates and the second was as bad as the first and no proper attention to customer. The supervisor who is a black man went in the back and I heard them saying that I was tripping and everything tasted good, not knowing that I could hear them since I’m near the kitchen. If the food was good I would not complain in the first place. Horrible experience and they tried to cover their mistake with free coffee shot. Never coming back here

Not my first time coming at Louisinana, the food and atmosphere was great nothing to complain about. The waiter was not the best. When he was talking to us he sounded too neutral as if he was annoyed to serve us (not a single smile) He made us wait for the bill for almost 20 minutes while he had time to chat with the bartender but not to check on customers? Still left a tip but honestly felt forced to leave one. Don’t know if I’ll come back again..

Went with another couple on a Friday night. 8:30 reservation Parking** was full and had to park at the nearby cinema, the atmosphere** was very nice, but a little too loud for me. but i understand that the environment is musical. the food** was good , but the service** was not good, the waiter was polite but it would have been great if he was bilingual, we had a 2 course meal (appetizers and main course) they took away our plates and utensils after the appetizers, we waited a very very long time between courses and when they brought the main course they forgot to give us utensils which was quite frustrating. the waiter placed utensils directly on the table and didn't notice that we didn't have napkins, when I asked for napkins the waiter give us 3 napkins --- we were 4 people -- this is a staff management/workflow issue that i hope they resolve. the price** was ok for what we got. I saw on the entrance door that they are affiliated to some other restaurants (Jack Flat BBQ and Sergiolino ) , I most probably won't go back. -- I probably won't go to the affiliated restaurants either, since they are probably managed the same way (service wise) added note --Jan 2026 -- the vendor asked that I get back to them about my review -- i did respond to them but they never got back to me -- i'm not looking for any freebies-- i just wanted to warn the public about the terrible service.

Second time dining at this place and it does not disappoint!! The flavors are on point with just the right amount of spice. You want to eat some cajun in an place that gives you southern classy vibes, this is it! You gotta try sticky toffee pacane pudding with rhum!!!

Tried this place for my birthday and unfortunately I was disappointed! Our waiter was constantly being followed by who I assumed to be his manager and that person did not smile once! It was quite awkward. The food took a very long time to come out of the kitchen and when it finally got to the table, it was not hot!

Place has very good food and a nice ambiance, would definitely recommend to a friend. If you’re planning to get entrees, get the jambalaya balls, you won’t be disappointed. Noemy was very welcoming and very quick.

The food was good. A bit pricey for the portion. The decor was nice. The ambiance matched. However the service was lacking. It took awhile to get the food and we didnt get it all at once. It took even longer to get the bill. I might go back, their calamari was very fresh.

at first everything was going super well and we were having a great time. then came the time to pay and i didn’t leave a tip as i am still a minor who doesn’t work so i didn’t have much money and my parents weren’t there to pay for me. a worker went to my table with and asked if the service was okay since i didn’t leave a tip and i told her the reason k didn’t leave a tip and said that everything was fine and said sorry for the confusion, yet she decided to say that i should still leave a tip by saying that if i don’t leave a tip she had to pay a sum of money to the restaurant which is not true. then she had the audacity to tell my aunts to pay a tip. mind you it is not an obligation. then she gave my aunt a dirty look and my cousin as well. if you’re in a workplace you should stay professional. i had nothing bad to say until this happened because she just kept insisting that i had to tip her after i said i was a minor and don’t have much money. personally i don’t think she should’ve came to ask for a tip because i didn’t give one. anyways this really disappointed me.

Beautiful place and food was good. But our evening was ruined by the by the so called assistant manager coming up to a 14 year demanding a tip instead of at least bringing up the situation to an adult of the group. She 100% ruined the experience with her attitude.

Amazing experience, food and service were on point. The decor is just insane, music is excellent. One of the top experience i had in a long time. Her waitress Rose was amazing.

One thing for sure I will never go back there. We were group of 8 we spend 1000$ food it wasn’t that good for the price. Service was ok we had reservation at 5:30. The waiter was rushing us to order. every 2 minutes she was asking if we were ready to order. They don’t have English manu so we had guests that didn’t understand the Franch manu. We orderd anyhow 2 hours later the waiter came and asked us to leave She said that tabel was reserved for group of 8 people at 7:30 crazy stuf I’m sorry guys first time customer and last time I go to this place.

I regret not taking pictures of the other food because the portion were big. I love everything New orleans and this did not disappoint. The decor is amazing. The food was delicious. Honestly that jerk chicken was out of this world. I took a small Ceasar salad and it was bigger then my face. Great vibe honestly. Friendly staff, Deni was our waitress. Great service
