I found a disgusting strand of hair in my food. UNACCEPTABLE. never coming back to this poulet rouge how can you not make sure of inspecting the bowl before giving it out to the customer… The hair strand doesn’t even match my hair as I have short light curly hair. The strand being way too long.

In this branch the quality of chicken is lower every time I visit compared to the other ones! I don’t know what they are doing but the chicken here has those unchewable part that you have to throw away!

A second Poulet Rouge location that gave me the wrong order via UberEats. It's a real shame as I tend to order a lot, at different locations, and 99% of them get it right. But that one time the bowl is wrong is immensely frustrating as the order is clear when placed online and it's a complete miss when you say you want A but they give you B instead.
