This is one of my favorite locations✅. The prices are reasonable✅, the portion sizes are generous, ✅and the overall quality is excellent. ✅The food is always fresh✅, and the staff appear clean ✅and professional.✅ ❌The only suggestion I would make is regarding hygiene practices. I would prefer if all staff consistently wore gloves🙃. I have noticed that some do not, and occasionally their hands come into contact with food containers. 🥺While I understand that handwashing is practiced, it would be more reassuring to see gloves used consistently or hands sanitized in front of customers before handling food.🙂❌ Overall, I really enjoy this branch. 🐣It is faster than others, well maintained, and the staff are friendly and efficient.😉 I forgot to take pictures of my food 😆 They even have a second floor 😍😍 I recommend ✅

Everything is great at this restaurant. I just think that the food should be warmer! But I totally get it.. it's fresh, so it's cold.. but it colds the chicken when you make it 'to go'. But employees and food are prime quality!

Poulet rouge’s quality food and friendly staff are the best. I had a bowl today thanks to them sponsoring The John Molson undergraduate case competition. Had my team from Toronto try it for the first time and they loved it. Definitely a great option if you’re in Montreal and want something quick and affordable but also delicious and healthy.

I had a great experience at Poulet Rouge! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The chicken was perfectly grilled and well-seasoned, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many healthy options. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even during busy hours. The place was clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best fast food spots for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A big shout out to the staff working Feb 27/2026. YUL airport! We are aircrew who were so hungry and when we passed by after our flight on our way to hotel shuttle at 5 mins to closing and asked if they were still open they said yes! Till 11pm! only 5 mins to serve 3 of us but they didn’t care! They were so happy to serve us! They quickly worked as a great team getting all 3 meal prepared and done without any fuss! Big smiles on their faces and laughing with us! I know many restaurants could and would turn you away when they are closing up… But they were more than happy to serve this air crew! Love a heathy option also in the YUL airport. I had the salad and plain chicken ( no sauce) with lots of tomato and cucumbers! Very healthy portion. Please pass on our gratitude to this outstanding staff that night! I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because it’s in the airport but the kiosk itself is very nice! No way to improve on that! Oh and they give your take away in a bag with a handle so easy to carry! It was absolutely delicious!!
