Ouf, where do I start! Fast food is neither fast, nor food at this point. I placed an order at the machine at 13:41. I saw the number on the screen for the orders all of 30 seconds before it was removed. The order was finally ready at 13:55 almost 15mins later, which I can accept if it was crowded, but there were 2 people before us with a singular coffee each.The food was cold and the drinks were warm. It was pretty disgusting.

went through the drive-through and it took us about three minutes to get somebody to get on the speaker at that they’re being unresponsive and kept muting their mic. I got my fries. My fries were cold. I got a double cheeseburger. There’s no onions, barely any ketchup, barely in the mustard and it had no salt. Don’t recommend

Seems like they don't care about the bad reviews, they gave me a wrong order 2 months ago, I call them and they promised me to give me back a credit. Today I come to claim my credit and they refuse to give me the credit, the reason is teo month ago is too long they cannot find the credit note. He says I should claim it within 2 weeks, but they never mentioned on the phone

Disaster in here, not enough staff to clean up the tables, filthy, garbage overflowing, food all over the floor, bathrooms were disgusting. Who ever runs this location needs to hire staff to clean up. The staff actually working were very polite though.

I ordered a coffee around 8:20 PM. It tasted like water. I don't know if McDonald's wanted me to avoid the caffeine effects and be able to sleep well, or if they were just using water to fill out their order. Since I had already left, I couldn't go back to request a refund or exchange.

I ordered two EGGS and bacon bagel breakfast, The two sandwiches came with bacon sausage and no EGGS ! No one on staff cares about what comes out of the kitchen at this location! You seriously need to have managers on site for quality control!!!

Amazing Service and Fast! The staffs and the cashier (Heather) the old lady is so polite, smile, and patient (Wednesday at 4:00 PM) Not busy. Parlez très bien en Français. The Chocolate McPop and Coffee are delicious. Dinning Room and Washrooms are Cleaned Scannez on App and Discount worked.

The employees are really nice and especially Heather who even though the smoothie machine didn't work at first got it to work and brought us the food despite it being a tricky morning. The food was amazing and we weren't missing any food! Really happy :)

I order from doordash to get my food ready. So I come back 10 minutes after having ordered it and just had my notification on the app that it was ready. 2 minutes later, I go in to get my order inside like the app says. I go there and the employees tell me they gave their food to one of the employees who took the food home(I remind you that it was 10 minutes after having ordered it and like 2 minutes after having received the notification on the app). They told me they would redo the food/ the order. First, how is it too late to come after 10 minutes after ordering it and 2 minutes after having the notification I was ready. Sorry but we, the clients, have jobs too. Who do you think I am Superman? I cant teleport right as its being made. If 2 minutes is too late, then I’ll just go somewhere else where my money is actually well spent. Second, it wasnt even a priority for them after their screw up. I had to wait 20 minutes after. I thought McDonalds was a fast food chain but I guess not with this behaviour. Really disappointed and I hope the manager does something about these employees taking the food for themselves.Also, if these are the employees running things, then maybe fire them and give the jobs to someone who doesnt steal the client’s food. Maybe just maybe.

I received an order in Montreal from the McDonald’s in Brossard. I drove from Montreal all the way to Brossard to pick it up and deliver it. However, when I arrived, the order was still not ready even after 20 minutes. When I asked why the order was not ready, they told me to wait a few more minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked again why my order was still not ready. The employee told me that I could cancel the order because he did not have time to prepare it. At the same time, the employee was talking with a girl and was not responding properly. This happened around 1:47 AM. When I told him that I do not speak French, he said that I must speak French and that this is not a government office, it is a restaurant. I respectfully ask the manager not to allow employees with this kind of racist and disrespectful behavior to work here.

No disrespectful but are these employees slow? I ordered a double spicy mccrispy, it’s not hard, just put one more the patty on it, done like the mac fish, I order also a milkshake and another mccrispy and they gave me one burger, like bro, you charge me for 4 items, just give me my 4 items, I gave you a bunch of time, didn’t even rush you bru.
