The employees are really nice and especially Heather who even though the smoothie machine didn't work at first got it to work and brought us the food despite it being a tricky morning. The food was amazing and we weren't missing any food! Really happy :)

I order from doordash to get my food ready. So I come back 10 minutes after having ordered it and just had my notification on the app that it was ready. 2 minutes later, I go in to get my order inside like the app says. I go there and the employees tell me they gave their food to one of the employees who took the food home(I remind you that it was 10 minutes after having ordered it and like 2 minutes after having received the notification on the app). They told me they would redo the food/ the order. First, how is it too late to come after 10 minutes after ordering it and 2 minutes after having the notification I was ready. Sorry but we, the clients, have jobs too. Who do you think I am Superman? I cant teleport right as its being made. If 2 minutes is too late, then I’ll just go somewhere else where my money is actually well spent. Second, it wasnt even a priority for them after their screw up. I had to wait 20 minutes after. I thought McDonalds was a fast food chain but I guess not with this behaviour. Really disappointed and I hope the manager does something about these employees taking the food for themselves.Also, if these are the employees running things, then maybe fire them and give the jobs to someone who doesnt steal the client’s food. Maybe just maybe.

I received an order in Montreal from the McDonald’s in Brossard. I drove from Montreal all the way to Brossard to pick it up and deliver it. However, when I arrived, the order was still not ready even after 20 minutes. When I asked why the order was not ready, they told me to wait a few more minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked again why my order was still not ready. The employee told me that I could cancel the order because he did not have time to prepare it. At the same time, the employee was talking with a girl and was not responding properly. This happened around 1:47 AM. When I told him that I do not speak French, he said that I must speak French and that this is not a government office, it is a restaurant. I respectfully ask the manager not to allow employees with this kind of racist and disrespectful behavior to work here.

No disrespectful but are these employees slow? I ordered a double spicy mccrispy, it’s not hard, just put one more the patty on it, done like the mac fish, I order also a milkshake and another mccrispy and they gave me one burger, like bro, you charge me for 4 items, just give me my 4 items, I gave you a bunch of time, didn’t even rush you bru.

I came at 12 o’clock to get some nuggets and ice cream, I asked for vanilla ice cream in a cone but in a cup since I was in the car and then the guy last night decided to make me pay and give me a large vanilla shake. I said that I asked for a vanilla ice cream not a Vanilla shake and he proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and that I said vanilla so I made a shake, I said yes I said vanilla ICECREAM and he straight up told me it wasn’t vanilla… do the employees not know what vanilla means? He ends up giving me the ice cream but taking back the shake but I had still payed way more for the shake so I wanted a refund and then he called me difficult and gave me the milk shake. Do these employees not know what customer service is? They should be taught better!!

Very bad service at the counter. Lack of employees. Service is way too slow. Machines to order hardly work ¼ of the time. Quarter pounder meat not cooked. The bathroom for men most of the time is broken. Its no longer fast food its crap from bag.

Clean location, fast service, and excellent customer care. I know it won’t be perfect every time, but this visit was great. The whole family left happy and satisfied. Keep up the good work.

The food was standard, as expected at McDonald’s, but the cleanliness of this location was very disappointing. All the garbage and tray-return bins were completely full and overflowing. The bathrooms were in very poor condition, with vomit left uncleaned and no apparent effort to address it. This is not the first time I’ve experienced a lack of cleanliness at a McDonald’s, but this visit was especially bad. It's Dec 31st but seriously if you don't have staff keep it closed... I no longer let my kids play in the play area. Overall, this location needs serious attention to hygiene and maintenance—something the health department should really look into.
