The ambiance was fantastic and Alain offered an excellent service throughout the whole 3h experience. Will definitely come back again when it’s warmer outside!!

Cruise was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montreal. Ashley was working during our cruise and she was phenomenal. The tour guide was great as well and very knowledgeable on the landmarks.
The experience was great and the host, “50 cent” was an amazing guide. He made the whole experience enjoyable and was also very knowledgeable. My only complaint would be one of the employees named Eric, who seemed to be the manager of the waiters and waitress. This individual was rude to the staff who was working extremely hard. Overheard him multiple times disrespecting the employees and acting unprofessionally. Only reason why the experience was not 5 star was because of this person. Other than that, great activity and food.

Yesterday I had booked a boat tour over GetYourGuide on the Bateau-Mouche for two people; me and my daughter. We got the information email saying to arrive at the Jacques-Cartier Pier at 2:15pm to ensure we were on time and ready for the boat to come. We even came earlier (at 2pm) to be 100% certain we didn’t miss it. Us two, along with at least 20 other people, were waiting on the pier in the hot sun for over half an hour. There was no information tent or employee to talk to. At around 2:40 pm, another passenger comes over and tells us how she just received a message about the boat docking being relocated to a different pier by some clock tower a long walk away. No one else waiting received any sort of message. My daughter called customer service multiple times, and they finally picked up after 4 tries. She then asked about the boat, and received the information that the boat already left and was relocated for the day due to water levels, so she asked for a refund. The customer service employee said we would get one, but we still have not received one. I’ve reached out over email and SMS, but am not getting any response. I paid $92 (very expensive!!) for this tour and the only experience I got was a lack of professionalism, communication, and service.
We had a stressful start to our river cruise because the address listed on the website was outdated, and we ended up getting lost trying to find the departure point. Thankfully, when we called, the staff quickly gave us clear directions to the correct location. We had to run to make the cruise on time, which was definitely frustrating after planning our evening around it. That said, once we arrived, the experience completely turned around. The service on the boat was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Eric, the manager, who went above and beyond to make things right. He was understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. His kindness — including offering us complimentary shooters — really helped turn a stressful situation into an enjoyable evening. Despite the confusion with the address, the outstanding customer service and hospitality made a lasting impression. We would recommend updating the website information so future guests can avoid the same issue.

Only one server for all the Dômes , although she tried her best . Bad to run from one dôme to the other causing everything to shake. On réservation it writes Dôme 96.00 in brakets writes (brunch/raclette) no mention only for dôme. What we received was a charcuterie platter , we ordered a bottle of red wine , i want to get my own glasses and napkins (with all the vibrations coffee spilled all over) Reservation bill : 96.78 Plus. 166.00 (charcuterie and wine 45.00/bottle) Total. 262.78 Lasted one hour, again only one person working ,makes no sense dômes are spread out . I would give a 5 star for the only employees efforts .

Really good experience. The waitress Marie really took care of us she was very attentive. Special mention for the what seems to be the owner or main manager who took the time to sing an opera worthy happy birthday song to my birthday friend. Overall, the restaurant is truly unique within the city. I recommend the salmon entrée, amazing!
We booked an igloo for a birthday dinner and the service and food were great. The experience is worth the cost! Would reccomend to anyone and would definitely do this again.

We were there this evening at 19:30, 6 people. At first we were mesmerized with the idea of eating out on the docks in a plastic globe. Well were we in for a surprise. They took our order for cocktails. We got the cocktails after our first service. When we asked the manager, Elijah, why it was taking so long, the answer we got was that there was only ONE bartender. When we asked why they don't hire more people, we were told that they wouldn't make any money. Such an arrogance from this waiter and the attitude with which he gave his reponses. We both took the 6 services menu.. The tab was $336+15%tip+our share of the globe rental $90....unbelievable. A $400+ evening for two people.... Would have eaten better and much better served down the street at Da Emma.
