I ordered online they give me old black chicken and they forgot 8 tenders when I ask for refund they refuse
The chicken are black the service was awful I come inside I find nobody I wait 10 minutes so the girls come then I wait 25 minutes for chicken

Came in janurary at around 8 pm. Service was a little awakward when i asked if their fried was homemade, she was still nice though. Since it was late, i wasnt expecting fast service, but i still timed it and it took 21 minutes. I got their tenders poutine, it was average tasting, a little dry not flavourful, so i added mayo around the end. The chicken pieces were hot but after a while, the crispy edges became harder. Their coleslaw portions are generous and it was very creamy, a few bites and your full, it lowkey gets sickening as you go on. The wrap was big and good, and the chicken burger too, however not outstanding. Their fountain drinks at the time were watered down, and when we told her she offered us pepsi cans and much later went to check on it herself. The restaurant had photobooths to eat in, big enough for groups of 2-4. The place was still big, retro and very well lit.
I like their graphics. The food is alright. My son loves the fried chicken. I found the soda had gone flat. The chicken was salty and the bun for the chicken burger Jack Classic, was nice and big but clearly wasn't all that fresh. The service was very polite and the place is clean and bright.
Went in to this location on a monday night dinner time. The restaurant was completely empty and this should have been a sign to turn around but really wanted to try it. Tried the Jack Gourmet and wanted to try their crispy fries. Received the food and normal fries were given instead. I asked for some ketchup and they didn't have (weird). The burger was very disappointing, lacked taste and didn't seem fresh. The price that i paid for it is not worth it. The restaurant seemed to lack in cleanliness. There were flies all around when it was -20 outside, which means that it wasn't really clean. Staff was on their phones (dirtiest item possible) and then touching the food. I think maybe a refresh on food safety would help on the overall experience. I do not recommend eating here. Too bad being the place seemed very cool.
Crispy juicy no words
Although the restaurant states it offers halal food, the grill used for burgers is shared with pork bacon. This makes the burgers non-halal due to cross-contamination.
I decided to give Jack le Coq a try around 12:00 p.m. on January 28, 2026, and ordered the Jack Nashville Trio with mac and cheese. From the moment I unwrapped the chicken burger, it was clear something was wrong. Liquid immediately poured out, a mix of excess sauce and coleslaw juice, turning the sandwich into more of a soup than a burger. The chicken had been over-drenched in sauce and assembled without any care for balance, leaving the bun completely soaked. Letting the chicken rest after saucing or properly draining the coleslaw would have easily prevented this. I still gave it a fair chance, but the bun was dry and stale despite being soaked. The coleslaw added nothing. The flavors clashed with the Nashville seasoning and most of it fell out after the first bite. The chicken itself was decent, but the portion was far too small to justify being the centerpiece. Overall, it felt like I was eating soggy bread and odd coleslaw, with barely any chicken. The burger was poorly executed and careless. The mac and cheese tasted almost identical to Kraft Dinner, with no depth at all. To make matters worse, flies were hovering around my food inside the restaurant. In the middle of winter, this is especially concerning from a cleanliness and food safety standpoint. For $23, this was a complete disappointment. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
On December 13, I placed an order that never arrived at my home. I sent an email requesting a refund, but never received any response. In my opinion, a restaurant that keeps a customer’s money without delivering the order is not trustworthy. I do not recommend eating at this place, and definitely not ordering delivery.
i went it a first time. the chicken was insanely good. not the tenders or anything the straight up fried chicken was an answer that KFC was officially behind! but i went in today got an 8 piece combo of this said fried chicken and it was very disgusting. the grease under the chicken.. all over the piece was just a KFC thing, the complete opposite to my first time tasting jack.. very sad. ill try the tenders next and if its still the same disgusting thing im out.. but ill give it one last chance. but one advice to go the KFC route! its not a good one!
When I fist walked into the store today I was shocked by the wonderful ambiance of the restaurant. I ordered the Nashville tenders and some Mac and cheese. These two items are my favourite so I decided to try them. The food did not disappoint, it was to juicy, flavourful and tasty. The flavours melt on your tongue! I was so impressed by the food that I had the pleasure of speaking with the chef AJ himself. He was so nice and you can taste the love he puts into the food. The service was also amazing. I was served by a lovely young woman named Georgia. With her kindness and swiftness my order was on time and served with the kindest smile. The order came so quick that it was ready within 3 minutes.Thank you to these two workers my experience was ten times better and I will be returning.
Terrible service. Employees are poorly organized and show no courtesy whatsoever. The experience is chaotic when customers arrive , there is barely any time to look at the menu before being aggressively asked what the order is. The staff member was rude and disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Overall, this place lacks basic organization, professionalism, and customer service skills.
UPDATE: they offered me a 15$ promo code 😂😂 after arguing back and forth for over a week, they did not even offer to refund the order (even though it all went to the garbage after finding the bug). A true disgrace of a restaurant chain! Never stepping foot here again, and making sure to tell everyone I know not to also. DISGUSTING FOOD, DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Absolutely freaking DISGUSTING. I decided to order 80$ worth of food with my family for my birthday dinner because Jack le coq was my favourite place for fried chicken and mac and cheese. GUESS WHAT I FOUND IN MY MAC? A DEAD FLY! I wrote to the restaurant TWICE and it has been 3 weeks with no response. No compensation, no apology, nothing. I will be calling food inspection on them as this is UNACCEPTABLE and NASTY. I will NEVER eat here again and I will warn every person I know not to. Disgusting and the fact that they have been ignoring me is even more disgusting.
This place has been getting unbelievably worse and worse. I dined in and ordered the classic chicken tenders and the taste on them, the breading, everything was just awful. Not to mention I had the worst stomachache later. What is going on in that kitchen? How can you mess up chicken tenders that bad at Centropolis?
10/10 service Great food Great atmosphere
I really like their chicken tenders, I usually get their combo with bread pickles and sauce it’s similar to Raising Cane’s. Their red tenders are good too if you like a lil kick. I recommend going for dine-in, their take-out is a hit or miss.
Chicken was black, there was a smell of burnt oil when I opened the bag. Will definitely not be eating here again.
Took 25mins for a single sandwich take out, it was a very very messy sandwich! The bread was moist and breaking apart! There was a lot of sauce The chicken was amazing, hot, tender and juicy 10/10
Best sandwich i have ever tasted
Drove up to Laval to try the chicken for the 1st time - chicken was very good but rather expensive! Almost 50$ for 2 people. We ate in the restaurant but unfortunately, there's not enough staff working there. The staff they do have all work very hard trying to fill the orders, clean the tables, take out the garbage, etc. In fact, we washed our own booth table! We waited too long for our order too. While eating, the fruit flies flying around the tables were very annoying. Please hire more staff !!
