When I first heard about this restaurant's opening, I was so excited that Montreal was finally getting a fine-dining Korean BBQ spot. ​I went with the Omakase course, and every cut of meat was grilled to perfection by our server. The timing was impeccable, and every dish we received was absolutely delicious. From the food and service to the ambiance, everything was flawless. ​I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

This is the best high-end Korean steakhouse in North America. I highly recommend the butcher’s selection omakase. Come try it and enjoy — no regrets 👍🏻

Been eyeing this place since the beginning of the year and finally found the time to visit. I can wholeheartedly say this trip was worth it. The attention to detail with the decor, the atmosphere, and service was remarkable. My group had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Oliver who made our experience a night to remember. Everything about this place was sublime— the quality of meats, the banchan, the flavours was incredible. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Hana Steakhouse is really solid. Great vibe, beautiful space, and the steaks are cooked perfectly—super flavorful and high quality. The team was attentive and professional, and everything felt smooth and well run. It’s definitely a premium spot, but worth it for a nice night out. Would 100% go back.

Came here during their first week of opening. We tried the chef’s selection that came with some appetizers, different cuts of beef and a jigae with rice and some banchan for 115$. The staff cooks the meat for you so you don’t have to do it yourself. The meat was perfectly cooked and was nicely enjoyed with the paired ingredient such as truffle. They also served some condiments on the side for the meat to be added according to taste. The dishes were good and the different cuts of beef were very tender, but the overall items in the tasting menu were a bit underwhelming and don’t justify the price. The dessert, shrimp toast, oyster, soon dubu jigae and the banchan tasted pretty ordinary. The evening was a bit chaotic. We waited a very long time between the services. However, they opened not long ago so it’s understandable that they might need more time to adjust. The inside is fancy and well ventilated. You don’t smell like korean BBQ afterwards. Although I enjoyed the experience, I’m not sure I can justify coming back and paying this much for the food I got.
