We had a wonderful dining experience! Oliver, our Senior Server, was extremely professional and attentive. He made great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. His service truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao thanks to Oliver. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and enthusiastic throughout our meal. His positive attitude and warm personality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He checked in regularly, responded quickly to our requests, and made sure everything was perfect. It truly felt like he cared about giving us the best possible experience rather than just doing his job. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thr food was amazing, the atmosphere was spectacular and we had a fantastic waiter Olivier, he was so friendly and hospitable.

Despite the fact that there is a time limit for eating of 90 min, it's been a whole 30 minutes and they still haven't served our hotpot how are they expecting us to eat??? Also while we were reserving on the phone it said we had 2h to eat and they limited the time to 90 minutes which isn't good too.

Had amazing customer service and explained the process really well. The food was amazing and the sauce bar was perfect. It even came with fruits and jelly and ice cream!
