The experience here was quite disappointing. After being seated, I waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came to explain the buffet menu. Even then, the explanation was unclear, and I was left confused about how vegetables were included in the buffet options and wasn’t told I should get vegetables from the self-help station. The service overall was very minimal and lacked attention to detail. No one asked about allergies or dietary restrictions, which is a very basic expectation in a dining setting. Additionally, I was not provided with separate food tongs for handling raw meat, which felt unprofessional and raised concerns about food safety and hygiene standards. I was also served shrimp without being provided gloves to peel them, which made the dining experience inconvenient and uncomfortable. This is a small but important detail that reflects the overall lack of attentiveness in service. Overall, the service did not meet the level of professionalism expected from a restaurant experience.

The service is really good I went for my birthday and Steven the guy in the third floor helped us so much, especially my mom and brother who were there for the first time. Definitely 10 out of 10!

I had a pleasant experience at Haidilao for my birthday. They celebrated with the staff and offered dessert, which was very nice… especially if you come in a big group. :) Don’t forget the secret codes! Overall, it was a great experience, and the food is delicious. Don’t forget to check out their Instagram for their monthly promotions, it’s so worth it!

As always, haidilao never missed! It’s super good and the meat is the best quality you can find for a Chinese hot pot in Montreal. Ou server Will, was the best and very accommodating all evening! I recommend 100%!!

Had a really good experience overall. The service was great — staff were friendly and attentive, especially Will, who helped with bringing sauces and serving dishes, which made everything much easier. The food was tasty and the ingredients felt fresh. The sauce bar also had a wide variety of options, which I really liked. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty disappointed. We came today with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. There was a “Happy Birthday” banner, so I was expecting at least a birthday song/a small celebration like usual, but nothing happened… My friend even reminded a waiter that it was my birthday, but they just ignored the comment. Very sad.

Firstly, much much much thanks and love to Lo and Marie for the service!! There was another waitress who was super awesome, but we missed her name.. Anyway, great food all around, and the entire experience is thoroughly thoughtful; jackets and items stored beneath seats, aprons, etc. Amazing stuff. In case any staff see this, again, love Lo, thank you Marie, and please also extend our gratitude to the other waitress!! (Receipt 22235081, transac #0064564, table 05 from 4:20pm to 6:00pm today) Oh yeah, and next level bathroom. On par with bathrooms from top tier hotels.
