Oliver was so helpful in explaining the concept to me and not making me feel stupid about how to do everything on the AYCE. And his sauce creations were perfection! I would come back if I knew I could sit at his table!!

Always love going to Haidilao! Highly recommend making a reservation because the wait times can get long. We had Oliver as our server and he was so kind with the toddler we had with us, and was extremely attentive. The tomato soup base is delicious and the 'code words' make the meal extra fun!

Haven't been back in a while but Haidilao never disappoints! The food quality is always really good and fresh, I highly recommend the Sukiyaki broth :) Our waiter Steven was incredibly nice and attentive too!!

Very fun experience for hot pot! Got the spicy oat milk soup base + mushroom soup base; both were great and i highly recommend the spicy oat milk base! Ingredients to cook were fresh and plentiful, and lots of variety for all types of eaters. I esp like the variety of tofus (lots of different styles and textures) which is amazing for vegetarian/vegans!! The atmosphere is LOUD but thats what you come here for so its fun on occasion (if you want silence, i would recommend elsewhere). The flying noodle was also very fun to order.
