the service is impeccable and outstanding, very fitting for a restaurant chain such as haidilao. they offer you free snacks and drinks at the entrance in the line and are careful to take care of water refills and cooking up your shrimp paste for you. they are very attentive to your needs and give you a whole tour of the amenities the place has to offer if it's your first time. they often have lunch or student promotions with set menus, which are very decently priced so make sure to come during promotion times!

We had such a wonderful experience at Haidilao, and a big thank you to our server Will! His service was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire meal. When we were about to leave, the kitchen was extremely busy, but Will went above and beyond — he personally went to the kitchen and helped prepare the golden fried buns for us. That extra effort truly touched us and made our visit even more memorable. It’s rare to see someone care so much about their guests’ experience. Will’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication really represent the amazing service Haidilao is known for. Thank you again for making our evening so enjoyable!

BY FAR one of my favorite restaurants! Food is amazing!! The concept of the restaurant is so well thought of! The service is great! Price is cheap for the amount of food you eat. Oliver, our waiter’s service was impeccable!! Great experience all around!

Amazing all you can eat, table can have up to 4 different broths, top quality meat cuts, and variety of veggies and fruits too. Everything was delicious and can also do set menu option. Service was super friendly and attentive at all times. They even give gifts to the kids too! Quite possibly the best hotpot experience in Montreal!

My two friends and I got the all you can eat at haidilao—it was so worth it! The sauce bar and the second food bar were great with the refills! The restaurant was super organized and the vibes were out of this world. Shout out to my girl Marie for the excellent service and memorable experience!

Just wished there was a some ketchup, mayonnaise or something. I think it would've been easier to make sauce with that. Everything else was great. The server with the tattoos on his arms is really hot.

Really enjoyed the hot pot experience though felt bad that we accidentally took advantage of a "TikTok hack" by asking to take the leftover broth home and possibly getting our server in trouble. He had been terrific and we didn't mean to do something we shouldn't.

My first time at Haidilao and it was such a great experience! The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Ghali, was super kind and always there whenever we had questions or needed anything. I also loved the fun snacks they give such a nice touch! I’ll definitely be coming back. 😊

I had a really great experience at this hotpot restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many options to choose from, which made the whole meal really fun and satisfying. What stood out the most though was the service. One of the workers, Steven, was very nice and honestly really cool. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. His positive attitude made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend this place!
