I loved my time at haidilao it was my first time and the food was amazing and the even better part was that our waiter Marie was so kind and gave us extra treats and gift bags at the end! Love love love Marie make sure u get her as ur server she’s the best!

Poor communication regarding buffet policies. We were charged a food waste fee for leaving just 3 paper-thin slices of beef and 3 paper -thin slices of lamb. This policy was not clearly stated or confirmed with us before we started eating (both of us didn’t heard about it). When we complained, the staff's response was dismissive, claiming they "already told us." It’s not about the money, but the lack of transparency and the rigid attitude over such a tiny amount of food. Haidilao is usually known for great service, but this branch definitely missed the mark. I won't be returning.

Honestly the best place I’ve eaten at. The staff go above and beyond, the food is phenomenal and I’ve gone twice on my 5 day vacation because it’s addicting!

Kind of subpar service yesterday (by Haidilao’s standards). Our party of 2 was seated next to the bussing station so it was super loud and busy with a lot of traffic of dirty plates/pots. Servers kept coming to our table to take supplies from the storage. No one brought us aprons. Broth was poured with no splash guard. We were seated immediately with no reservation which was nice, but instead of being shown to our seats by a host, we were given a scrap of green paper with our seat number written on it and escorted to the elevator/stairs to find it on our own on the 3rd floor. Barely any interaction with the staff aside from the occasional water refill but my husband was largely the one refilling our glasses. The service used to be top class even while busy but I see it’s gone down. Really unfortunate. The food was good as always, but the price is no longer worth it for the experience and service when there are other good hotpot restaurants nearby that aren’t as expensive.

It not my first time and might not be my last time as well but this time I can say it one of the worst service that I ever had at Haidilao. I don’t know if it because I came alone and dine solo but no server or even my own server ever come to my table to check if i have received everything and taking that I was not there during rush hour and we as solo diner have to wait +30min for 1 platter of meat and a soft drink it pretty much insane. I was left seating there without the rest of my order and had to let the server know about the missing items. They did remove the 2 items from my bill but still. I would still come back and enjoy my time there but I hope that service during not rush hour will be better than what I have experienced. I might be biased but I liked the OG servers. Anyway on the positive, it was good as usual and the atmosphere was nice and chill.
