It’s a good spot for Hotpot. Our waiter Steven gave an excellent service, he made sure that we understand how it works and made sure that we’re satisfied.

it was my first time trying haidilao and i couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!. Steven was so nice & attentive, also funny!! Love this place and i’m definitely coming back, i hope steven can assist me again!! 🫰🫰🫰

Updating my review after the restaurant followed up with us about our previous experience. I really appreciate that they took the time to check in and listen to our feedback. It made me feel a lot better and showed that they genuinely care about their customers’ experiences. During the follow-up visit, a manager in particular provided excellent service. He was very attentive, checked in with us, and made sure everything was going well. That level of care really helped turn the experience around for us. Because of the follow-up and the great service we received, the whole experience felt redeemed. I truly appreciate the effort they made, and it made me want to come back again. ——————————————————————— I had one of the worst service experiences I have ever had at Haidilao. We arrived around 4:30 PM, and since the AYCE offer ends at 5:00 PM, we simply wanted to ask whether we were still eligible. When we asked the staff member at the front desk, she did not answer our question at all. She just kept looking down at his iPad and then turned to help other customers. We felt completely ignored. After we were seated, no one came to explain the available combos or assist us. We had to raise our hands and ask before someone finally came over. Even when all the dishes were served, no one gave us aprons. Once again, we had to ask for them ourselves. What made the experience even worse was that, in the middle of our meal, a server suddenly put a bowl on our table without us asking for them or explaining anything. It felt random and confusing. On top of that, the meat we ordered took an extremely long time to arrive. By the time it finally came, we had already finished eating. A server then brought over a plate of meat and said it was ours, but at that point we were already done. It was honestly so frustrating and speechless. This experience was completely different from the level of service Haidilao is known for. Compared to our previous visits, the service this time was disorganized, inattentive, and extremely disappointing. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

We came for the evening discount (after 9pm) and got the unlimited for 2 people with soup, sauce bar, 2 meats and a selection of protein/noodles/veggies. The meats were great! Everything is very clean. They really think of everything from handwipes, aprons and even phone charger and glasses wipes!! Our waiter, Steven, made the experience even better; he explained everything clearly and was very attentive the whole time!

Amazing first experience with Haidilao! The wide variety of options to choose from was a delight, though the service is truly what seals this place at five stars for me. Our waitress Marie was an absolute sweetheart. She was energetic, attentive and very friendly! She truly curated one of my favourite dining experiences in a minute.

Lots of options for all tastebuds and it’s very easy to order food. The spices bar towards the back have various options and even recipes ideas if you don’t know how to get started. Waiters/waitresses pass regularly but not too much that it feels overbearing. The atmosphere: it’s loud and there’s a walking show but not too loud that you can’t hear each other or have to scream (I wouldn’t recommend the place for an intimate date for instance). I’d definitely go with a group.
