I visited this hot pot restaurant yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was poorly organized. The staff did not seem well trained and could not clearly explain the menu or pricing. Service was slow throughout the meal. One of our dishes was completely forgotten by the kitchen and only arrived after we reminded them. By that point, we were almost finished eating. No apology or explanation was offered. The prices were extremely high. Compared with similar hot pot restaurants, the cost was about twice as much, yet the food quality and service did not justify the price. Portions were small and the overall value was poor. The food itself was average at best. The fish maw chicken soup had a large amount of foam floating on top, making it look more like a pre-made soup base than a freshly prepared broth. The dining area was also very cramped, with tables packed closely together. What concerned me most was the noodle-pulling performance. During the show, the noodles were repeatedly swung around and did touch the floor, yet they were still placed directly into the hot pot. This raised serious concerns about food hygiene. Overall, the service, food quality, atmosphere, and value for money all fell well below expectations. For the price charged, I expected a much better experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant. ★☆☆☆☆

Booked a reservation for my boyfriend birthday! The service was Amazing and the food delicious! even gave us free ice creams and a little gift goodie bag! we will be coming back! really fair prices too!

Very good service, nice place, music and food. Many Nice tables to do your own food for groups of 4 I did not check if there are spots for bigger groups but probably. The waitress was super nice and we did not have to wait to much.

Every time me and my husband come to Haidilao, we always run into the tall red-haired guy named Oliver, and he’s honestly the best. He’s super friendly, patient, and always smiling. You can tell he really cares about customers and pays attention to every little detail. We always enjoy our meals more when Oliver is taking care of our table. He makes the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant seriously deserves more staff like him, and I really think he should get a reward or recognition for his amazing service!

When this Haidilao first opened, it was amazing. I used to come here twice a week because both the food and service were excellent. However, over time, the quality has continued to decline. This location is honestly not on the same level as Haidilao in Toronto. i visited about six months ago, and I already felt the service was quite poor. Because of that experience, I didn’t come back for half a year. Last week, I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, the service was still disappointing, the food was average, and the prices had become even more expensive. No more benefits for silver membership, no more box tissue, you need to pour water for yourself…total different service than before! If your restaurant’s reputation is built around exceptional service, then staff training should be taken more seriously. Sadly, after giving it multiple chances, I won’t be coming back.

Molly and Jason were incredible. Molly went above and beyond with serving us, and she even gave us some goodies for the road that were super cute. They were both extremely accommodating and helpful! For that, we had a great experience at Haidilao, and would definitely come again.
