Our waiter Marie was amazing! Everyone was very kind. And the food was amazing!!! I am planning on going back soon!! Had a great time. I made a reservation to be sure to have spcae in case they have rush hour, i would recommend to do the same just in case. But we had time to eat, chat and have fun. Over all 10/10😊

Food is good. The real winner here is their excellent service and atmosphere. (Previous 5 star) Update here I don't know if it a question of the time we came. However, we came for a second time at 9pm for the all-you-can-eat-meat option (last time à la carte at 3pm) and the service was horrible this time. We had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to answer questions when we were hesitant between promotions, took time to get our aprons after asking two times and no after service for desert. Hopefully, if we do decide to come again the service is as better as the first one.

Love Hadilao the food is so good and there’s so many great promotions. Steven was our server and he was great, explained everything well and was super nice!! Will definetly be coming back!!

Everything is delicious! I highly recommend, never had such amazing hotpot, the basa fish melts in your mouth, the ice cream is creamy, and the service was amazing, they really listen, they really helped us, it was our first time here, Oliver explain everything perfectly, he was very nice. I honestly loved our experience, and we will definitely come again

It was our first time eating at a hot pot resto and our waiter Steven was very kind and took the necessary time to explain how it works, his suggestions were a hit and had a great time, table 86!!

Super amazing food! I loved it so much the flavors were amazing, the onion brothers was fire. Oliver’s service was great too. $50 pp and $30 AYCE after 9pm on weekdays.

My friend and I have been coming to Haidilao for a while now and enjoy it every time! The service is always incredible - special shoutout to Oliver who took amazing care of us today! Highly recommend for those looking for a delicious meal and fun experience.

I’ve been here for a few times and I love it!! The dancing noodle is super fun. The staff are always lovely but this time Oliver was so attentive and kind, and made us feel like we were in the vip section of the restaurant. 10/10 we love you Haidilao!
