Always an amazing experience eating at Haidilao ☺️ Our waitress was from Ukraine and her attention to details were amazing !! The food was also delicious, I wasn’t sure if my mom would like it since she’s picky about hotpot but she wants to comeback too haha

Haidilao is an absolute must-try for any lovers of Chinese hot pot. It’s a little chaotic and confusing at first, but I promise you’ll have a fun time. Even though it’s always busy, the servers remain helpful and attentive. I recommend ordering four different broths so that you can have lots of different taste combinations. Of course, there is a self-service sauce bar with just about every ingredient you could imagine. The peaches and grass jelly are also extremely delicious. We ordered an incredible amount of food ranging from meats to vegetables to the iconic dancing noodle performance. You order everything straight from an iPad, which makes it easy to choose and keep track of what you’ve been eating. What’s so fun about hot pot is how you can customize everything to your liking. Every ingredient evolves into something different depending on the broth it is was cooked in and the sauce it is subsequently dressed in. There’s so much to try including other side dishes like fried chicken and warm fried donuts. We ended our meal with a cup of free ice cream, too! It’s hard to explain the Haidilao experience without seeing it for yourself. Don’t miss out on giving it a try if you happen to be near one!

First time experience and it is a must try! Steven was so welcoming, clear and precise with the explanation on how the ordering works and overall great service! I instantly fell in love with the food, ambiance and neatness of the restaurant. You can tell that they care for their services and the customers. I recommend HIGHLY this place!

Our waiter Marie was amazing! Everyone was very kind. And the food was amazing!!! I am planning on going back soon!! Had a great time. I made a reservation to be sure to have spcae in case they have rush hour, i would recommend to do the same just in case. But we had time to eat, chat and have fun. Over all 10/10😊

Food is good. The real winner here is their excellent service and atmosphere. (Previous 5 star) Update here I don't know if it a question of the time we came. However, we came for a second time at 9pm for the all-you-can-eat-meat option (last time à la carte at 3pm) and the service was horrible this time. We had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to answer questions when we were hesitant between promotions, took time to get our aprons after asking two times and no after service for desert. Hopefully, if we do decide to come again the service is as better as the first one.
