We had a croissant sandwich, some pastries, an iced latte and an iced mocha. In terms of flavour and presentation the pastries are great, the coffee is no better than a 3$ one from Tim’s. Mocha just had chocolate powder on top, their hot chocolate isn’t real chocolate which is a bit disappointing again given the aesthetic of the place. There’s a sign that says “wait to be seated” but there was no host, someone at the bar called us and said we could take a table for 3 that was available. We were ordering at the counter and she said “leave something on the table so no one takes your spot” so my husband sat down while I ordered. One of the servers asked him where is his order number saying he could only sit there if he ordered. For the price we’re paying I’d expect the service to be better than this. The overall experience was not great but not bad either, just average but considering the price I’d probably go to a different cafe next time.
