There are many divided opinions about this place, I think every experience is different for everyone and most depending on the time you go. In my case, the experience was very good. The desserts I ordered were perfect and delicious. The drinks could be a little better but they were ok, overall it was great, a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service. Tip: try to go during off-peak hours because the service probably won't be the best, as is the case in most restaurants. It's worth going, and take lots of pictures, the place is very beautiful and photogenic.

55$ for 3 drink which half of the drink was ice
Looks beautiful but it wasn't even crispy, inside was good i guess but for the price? I expect the quality to be better.
The quality of desserts are not up to the standard. The Nutella latte is good. As a franchise of Toronto Delysées, the taste and the size of each individual cakes are not comparable.
Love love love, So delicious 😋 always when we don’t know where to go & sit to chitchat we find ourselves there. So strong recommend for everyone who loves sweet 🙃😍❤️❤️
We tried 3 of their desserts & it was a little underwhelming. For the price you pay its nothing great. Although it is a cool little area just to sit down for coffee.
Beautiful space, comfy, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying desserts that look more like jewelry than food. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely fantastic. A must-visit if you want something special.
Really nice spot for a treat. The place feels upscale and it’s a good vibe if you just want to sit and enjoy something sweet. The dessert looked amazing and tasted great! Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience and worth trying. Will definitely come back.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Delysées in Montreal genuinely impressed me. The desserts look almost too perfect to eat, but they’re not just for show—the flavors are rich without being overwhelming, and you can tell real care goes into each piece. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but it feels worth it for a treat that actually delivers on both taste and presentation.
Amazing experience at Delysees Montreal! The desserts are beautiful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The cakes and pastries are perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just rich and flavorful. The staff is also very kind, professional, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything looks elegant and feels premium. Perfect place for special occasions or even just to treat yourself. Highly recommend
I went to Délysées at Royalmount recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. The desserts were honestly really good, fresh, nicely presented, and definitely worth trying. Gabriela was amazing. She was kind, patient, and took the time to help us choose. She gave great recommendations and made the whole experience feel welcoming. She is honestly the reason I would consider coming back. That being said, the “manager” left a bad impression. She came across as rude and unprofessional, and her appearance didn’t feel appropriate for the setting, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Overall, great desserts and standout service from the service team, but the management side really needs improvement.
I asked for the full ingredient list of the pastries because I care about what I put into my body. The staff first refused and said they didn’t have it. After insisting, they only showed me a small card with pictures, a few basic ingredients, and simple allergen notes like milk and nuts. That is absolutely not acceptable for a business selling processed pastries. Customers deserve to know the full list of ingredients, not just a marketing summary. Where is the information about the type of oil used (palm oil, canola, shortening, etc.), artificial colouring, preservatives, flavour enhancers, and whether flavours are natural or artificial? Many people ask these questions for health, allergy, religious, or personal reasons. Some additives and low-quality ingredients are serious concerns, and transparency should be the minimum standard, not something customers have to fight for. When a business hides or avoids giving the full ingredient list, it feels unprofessional, careless, and honestly suspicious. If you are proud of your products, why hide what is inside them? People should be very careful about what they put in their mouths and should think twice before trusting places that cannot clearly explain what they are serving. This is not personal against the staff, but businesses need to learn that customers are not just there to give away money and quietly accept cheap, questionable ingredients. If I experience this kind of lack of transparency again, I will not hesitate to report it to Québec consumer and food inspection authorities.
Good work and keep going
We were all wating in the entrance line for 20 minutes, and randomly a group of ppl tried to go in by the exit line , and the employee made up a rule by letting the exit line become the line for takeout. Without informing the ppl that were already wating in entrance line up, she let the group go in first. Make it more clear and simple. Put up signs . Bad organization. Do better . P.S. why didnt the food taste fresh?
Took a croissant and a pain au chocolat to go. I was served in a couple minutes and as a French person I can say those are amongst the best I had in Canada.
Morning well spent at Delysees. delicious croissants and tasty coffee. Was greeted and served by Mo, a great guy right there :)
tried the vegan marais, which is a rich chocolate mousse. while it was pleasing, i was disappointed by the lack of a brittle exterior; a common and expected hallmark of trompe-l’œils. while i appreciate the effort to offer vegan options, i would not return for this one given its high price point, particularly in relation to its small portion size. it would be great to see a wider variety of vegan desserts on the menu, including cakes!
Love their concept! Fantastic service from Rebecca thank you!, a positive experience overall Will be back
Beautiful but pricey
Great experience! The cocktail is fantastic! Gabriel made my drink and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The cake is equally amazing. A perfect place for drinks and dessert.
The desserts were delicious as well as visually beautiful! They are very expensive. I was surprised to find this was like a fast food concept, order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was Valentine's day and they were out of 2 types of tea that we had wanted to order. We sat there for a over 15 minutes with our desserts set in front of us waiting for our tea. Which when finally it arrived one of us got a china tea cup while the other was given a paper take-out cup. The excuse was that the other cups were dirty. It was in the morning. Plenty of staff were there. There is no excuse to not be prepared on a huge day such as this. I'll give them another chance.
A very pretty place. The macarons are excellent with many flavors to choose from, and they are not overly sweet. The cakes look stunning, though the inside is a bit simple—I expected a bit more layering and complexity. The staff are all very warm and welcoming.
We recently discovered Delizé Dessert de Luxe Ltd at the Royalmount, and it was a lovely surprise. The café is located right in the center of Royalmount and has a beautiful open layout with elegant seating and comfortable banquettes. The space feels bright, stylish and very inviting, making it a great place to take a break while walking around the mall. They offer a selection of beautifully crafted pastries and desserts, and they were excellent. We shared one pastry with tea and everything was delicious. Even as someone who usually isn’t very drawn to sweet desserts, I genuinely enjoyed it. The quality of the desserts is impressive and the presentation is beautiful. It felt like a refined yet relaxed dessert experience. One small thing to note: we stopped there on Valentine’s Day while walking around Royalmount. Seeing the champagne bottles displayed alongside the desserts, we thought it would be the perfect place to toast the occasion with a pastry and a glass of champagne. However, when ordering we were told that they don’t serve alcohol yet. Not a big issue for us as we happily switched to tea, but the display can be a little misleading. They are also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for us since we were there with our small dog. Overall, a charming dessert café with excellent pastries and a lovely atmosphere, definitely worth stopping by when visiting Royalmount.
i’m in my vacation in montreal and i recently discovered this place. went to the mall after sunday mass with family and saw this amazing dessert place. so many people in line but worth the wait. im in love with the “palace” (it’s vegan). Lean, the filipina girl is amazing she recommended “marcel” to my sister and as a tropical girly who loves fresh and sour we really recommend it. was pretty busy but all servers were friendly and very welcoming despite all the chaos. will come back for the other vegan cake before leaving montreal
Great spot in the morning! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are fresh and really good, the cakes are delicious, and the coffee is honestly one of the best I’ve had. Perfect place to start the day.
