Beautiful but pricey

Great experience! The cocktail is fantastic! Gabriel made my drink and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The cake is equally amazing. A perfect place for drinks and dessert.
The desserts were delicious as well as visually beautiful! They are very expensive. I was surprised to find this was like a fast food concept, order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was Valentine's day and they were out of 2 types of tea that we had wanted to order. We sat there for a over 15 minutes with our desserts set in front of us waiting for our tea. Which when finally it arrived one of us got a china tea cup while the other was given a paper take-out cup. The excuse was that the other cups were dirty. It was in the morning. Plenty of staff were there. There is no excuse to not be prepared on a huge day such as this. I'll give them another chance.
A very pretty place. The macarons are excellent with many flavors to choose from, and they are not overly sweet. The cakes look stunning, though the inside is a bit simple—I expected a bit more layering and complexity. The staff are all very warm and welcoming.
We recently discovered Delizé Dessert de Luxe Ltd at the Royalmount, and it was a lovely surprise. The café is located right in the center of Royalmount and has a beautiful open layout with elegant seating and comfortable banquettes. The space feels bright, stylish and very inviting, making it a great place to take a break while walking around the mall. They offer a selection of beautifully crafted pastries and desserts, and they were excellent. We shared one pastry with tea and everything was delicious. Even as someone who usually isn’t very drawn to sweet desserts, I genuinely enjoyed it. The quality of the desserts is impressive and the presentation is beautiful. It felt like a refined yet relaxed dessert experience. One small thing to note: we stopped there on Valentine’s Day while walking around Royalmount. Seeing the champagne bottles displayed alongside the desserts, we thought it would be the perfect place to toast the occasion with a pastry and a glass of champagne. However, when ordering we were told that they don’t serve alcohol yet. Not a big issue for us as we happily switched to tea, but the display can be a little misleading. They are also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for us since we were there with our small dog. Overall, a charming dessert café with excellent pastries and a lovely atmosphere, definitely worth stopping by when visiting Royalmount.
i’m in my vacation in montreal and i recently discovered this place. went to the mall after sunday mass with family and saw this amazing dessert place. so many people in line but worth the wait. im in love with the “palace” (it’s vegan). Lean, the filipina girl is amazing she recommended “marcel” to my sister and as a tropical girly who loves fresh and sour we really recommend it. was pretty busy but all servers were friendly and very welcoming despite all the chaos. will come back for the other vegan cake before leaving montreal
Great spot in the morning! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are fresh and really good, the cakes are delicious, and the coffee is honestly one of the best I’ve had. Perfect place to start the day.
I stopped by this beautiful pastry shop and honestly it was an amazing experience. The display of cakes is stunning everything looks like a piece of art. I tried one of their cakes along with a coffee and both were excellent. The cake was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, super fresh, and you can really tell it’s made with quality ingredients. The coffee was smooth and paired perfectly with the dessert. What really made the visit even better was the staff. They were very welcoming, patient, and happy to explain the different pastries. The service felt genuine and professional, which makes a big difference. If you enjoy high quality pastries, great coffee, and a beautiful atmosphere, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their desserts!
Glad I tried it, but not worth the prize (at least for vegan pastries). There are two vegan pastries, one coconut chocolate and the othe blueberry chocolate. They are essentially both chocolate mouse with the coconut one having a good smount of coconut shred in the interior and rolled in coconut , and the blueberry one had a compote of blueberries which I didn't really like the texture. The chocolate mousse was really good. It's just nott worth 15$ a pastry. I was expecting a more intricate entremet for that price with a cake layer, a crunchy part, and a cremeux. I can't say it's bad, because it tastes good and not too sweet, but wouldn't pay for it again. Venue was clean, staff was nice. Package to go is beautiful.
I really like the atmosphere here. It’s a bright and comfortable spot in the middle of the busy Royalmount area. We ordered a chai latte and a latte, and both tasted great especially the chai latte. However, the service could be better. Our drinks were brought without sugar, napkins, a spoon, or even a small saucer under the cups. These are basic things that usually come with coffee. I had to ask separately when I wanted cinnamon for my chai latte. It would make more sense if the drinks were served with these items from the start.
I would definitely recommend Delysees if you're looking for delicious and visually stunning desserts. I’ll be coming back again!
Pastries are delicious and service was outstanding! Julian is awesome and went out of his way to make our day. Would 10/10 recommend
I was served by Mo today he made the best pistachio latte ever. He was very nice and he gave me an amazing customer service. I was very happy with the way he was preparing that latte and the taste was absolutely amazing. I’m definitely coming back and that would be my signature drink from delysees!!!
Light, balanced, and not overly sugary. Love this new place in Royalmount
Honestly one of the most beautiful dessert boutique in the city
Walked in for coffee but ended up getting cakes 😅 would come back for pistachio latte and Verdi cheesecake
Cool place to have desserts.
Beautiful new spot opened in Montreal at Royalmount. Each pastry is a work of art, and all the ones I’ve tried are absolutely delicious! Very friendly, attentive and hard-working staff, especially considering how busy the café was. It truly is a luxury experience. Highly recommended you visit them!!
Stopped by for a quick dessert and coffee. Had to wait for a table, it was pretty busy. wouldn’t say it is a bad experience. I loved every thing from service to desserts. will go back again!
I got a latte at Delysées and I really loved it. The macarons were so good, not too sweet and really well made. Pistachio and hazelnut were definitely my favorites.
Very long waiting time just to have a coffee served in a dirty cup with visible lipstick marks. Extremely disappointing experience
This boutique serves meticulously crafted cakes and artistic, visually stunning French pastries. Bold cappuccinos and fine French teas accompany the sweets. Every detail, from the service to the elegant cutlery, signals a commitment to luxury. However, the bustle and noise from the surrounding mall, along with people waiting in line leaned and talked over our table, dilute the sense of a truly “luxury” experience.
Last Saturday, my wife and I visited this pastry shop and had a lovely experience. We ordered two cappuccinos along with two desserts — a tiramisu and an exotic fruits dessert. The cappuccinos tasted very good, rich and well prepared. Both desserts were beautifully presented and looked very appealing. The tiramisu was enjoyable, and the exotic fruits dessert felt fresh and nicely balanced. The prices are on the higher side, so it is a bit of a costly pastry shop. However, the overall quality, presentation, and atmosphere made the experience worthwhile. Overall, we had a good time and would visit again for a nice treat.
Everything here is very pretty and looks very attractive but with low quality cafe latte or pistachio latte, i had a way better pistachio latté in some brunch places! we ordered passion fruit and pistachio , and the passion fruit one didn’t taste fresh . I should say overpriced for not a high quality just the look! Hope they take care of it better!
I wanted to like this place sooo bad! I took my whole family to try despite the low reviews thinking “it can’t be that bad! Look how nice the pastries look”. Welp, I hate to admit it, the low ratings are a fair evaluation. The desserts themselves are dry, little taste, and look old when served? Coffees were disappointing, my 9 year old said her hot chocolate was just foamed milk (then again she’s 9). Finally, for me the service was the most off putting thing. There was a server trying to tell people to make a line but in the most cahotic and none friendly way, made the experience really uncomfortable. Overall, I had high hopes, it looked like a lovely addition to royalmount but frankly not worth the stop, and don’t even get me started on the price…..
