At first glance, this place looked like a nice, cozy spot to take a break at Royalmount Mall. The moment we walked in, that feeling disappeared. It was total chaos, and all the tables were dirty. We ordered a pistachio cake that was very dry and didn’t taste good. We asked to change it and tried the red velvet instead, but that one wasn’t any better. The store manager admitted the cakes had just come out of the freezer, which explained why they were dry and basically not enjoyable. We also ordered coffees, but they were so bad we couldn’t even finish them. The only positive thing I can say is that a couple of the staff members were kind and had a good attitude. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this overpriced café. None of the items on display are worth the price.
