VA BENE: THE NEW ANTIPASTO BAR IN OLD QUEBEC

Quebec City, Wednesday, June 7, 2023 – The new Italian restaurant Va Bene is setting up shop as of June 14 in the charming Quartier Petit Champlain at 48 rue Sous-le-Fort, taking the place of the former Bistro Sous le Fort. The latest project by Fabio Monti (L'Atelier, Ophelia), Va Bene offers its customers an exclusive high-end experience thanks to its concept of antipasto bar in a formula to share. Epicureans will be able to discover a wide selection of imported Italian products such as charcuterie, cheese, bread, signature and vegetarian starters, pasta, risotto, meat and fish, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere in the heart of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the nation's capital. The restaurant is the fifth company of the Maestro Group, after the restaurants L'Atelier and Ophelia, the cocktail mix brand Odevi and the boutique hotel Ophelia.

The menu, meticulously prepared from products directly imported from Italy, will bring together choice antipasti, namely Prosciutto, Culatello, Salami, Mortadella, Burrata, Mozzarella, Ubriaco Rosso, all of which can be accompanied by breads such as Gnocco Fritto and several options. of Foccacias, without forgetting the famous olives and various pickled seasonal vegetables. The vast selection of signature appetizers to share will make your mouth water and make you want to try everything! The ten main courses will seduce you with the authentic flavors of Italy that will emerge, bringing together as many pastas as enticing as each other as meats, seafood, fish for an Italian feast. like no other! With 40 seats inside, the restaurant will welcome its customers in a sleek and modern decor.
