Bolduc. The restaurant, located in the St-Roch district at 275 East Saint-Vallier Street, was praised from all sides and was able to fill you up, as it has for 5 years! In short, a success!

The owner, Philippe P. Bolduc, at the same time celebrating its 10th anniversary in catering. Mr. P. Bolduc worked for Lesters Foods and various restaurants. His experience makes him the undisputed master of smoked meat in Quebec City. He knew well fit that title in this press lunch yesterday while he was cheered everywhere. His kindness and generosity charmed clients and guests present yesterday for this, frankly, gargantuan event.
