For over a year and a half, le Groupe F. Dufresne and their team are planning the decor, the ambiance and the food that will be served at the new topla! which will open its first branch in Beauport in the coming weeks.
They already announced 12 pasta dishes carefully prepared which among other decadent Mac & Cheese at medium cheddar, crispy pancetta and the aroma of fresh pasta and duck confit shallot Dijon: a delicious wedding rosemary, parsley and shallots coated with a creamy sauce of Dijon mustard.
