New gourmet destination in Outremont

New gourmet destination in Outremont

Spring is in showing us a new gourmet destination in Outremont: VAN HORNE - CUISINE DU MARCHÉ, a modern kitchen, refined and focused on seasonal produce.
The map, created by Eloi Dion renews itself regularly and offers daily, large and small plates, appetizers and dishes that can be shared and combined.

Eloi Dion, Leader
Before moving to the piano Van Horne, Eloi Dion officiated for four years at 357C, Daniel Langlois private club in Old Montreal. In fifteen years of experience, he worked in several establishments in Montreal and abroad.
Amazing but minimalist, the walls are adorned with the Van Horne of miscellaneous objects such as doors plaster and mirrors designed to Iran's pavilion at Expo 67, the paper plates by Roy Lichtenstein, Picasso Richard Bernstein Bill, our totem and other finds. Music accounts for much of the atmosphere: we asked several personalities we call playlists reflecting the spirit of our kitchen and restaurant.

The Van Horne - a cozy room of 32 seats, which can be privatized for events.
HOURS: Tuesday to Sunday from 17hrs to 22:30 (noon opening soon)
ADDRESS: 1268 Van Horne Avenue (between Outremont and Champagneur - metro Outremont)
Montreal, Quebec H2V 1K6
