Two finalists and a special mention

This year, La Belle Histoire restaurants, located in the Laurentians region, as well as Montreal's Le Labo Culinaire (Foodlab) closely followed the winner. For La Belle Histoire, their contagious passion and love for Quebec products and producers, which are reflected both on the plate and in the glass, won over the judges. As for the Culinary Lab, it was the presence and exemplary enhancement of local products on their menu and their creativity in using the latter that particularly impressed the jury.

The jury also gave a special mention to Au Pâturage - Espace gourmand, located in Center-du-Québec, for their exceptional involvement in their community to promote and promote local products through their fishmonger, their greenhouse. school and their culinary camps.
