Cochon Dingue version of a famous dessert in Quebec is a nod to the possible return of the Quebec Nordiques in the capital. If this dessert was originally a crazy idea of the owner and avid hockey fan, success is no doubt.

It's actually a Jos Louis (two slices of chocolate cake and cream) with a pellet of white chocolate, figuring the Nordiques logo.

Expecting to start selling 5000 units, now the restaurant has been crafted around 13000.

Quebec stars such as Patrick Roy, Guy Carbonneau, and of course Mayor Régis Labeaume could not resist.
