The Côtes-à-Côtes moves to Lebourgneuf

The Côtes-à-Côtes Resto Grill, never ceasing to reinvent itself and improve its offer, today announces its move to the heart of the effervescent Lebourgneuf sector! This move rhymes with a new image, a new atmosphere and a host of new features for customers. The restaurant, which will open its doors to the public from December 2022, will benefit from a strategic location near the highways, at 1280 Boulevard Lebourgneuf, allowing it to double its capacity in terms of seats, from 150 to 250 at inside, and 150 seats on the terrace for the summer period. Le Côtes-à-Côtes, located on the outskirts of the Quartier Petit Champlain for more than 10 years, is taking advantage of this wind of renewal to sign a new space that is both warm and cozy, with vegetal touches sparingly, and a combination of textures for an updated visual signature, without however distorting the essence of Côtes-à-Côtes.

A STRATEGIC LOCATION AND A LOT OF NEWS!
Having benefited from a picturesque location in the center of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in town for 12 years, the Côtes-à-Côtes nevertheless wanted to make a fresh start in a more accessible location for its customers, close to the highways, in a new building, offering a much larger interior area and numerous parking spaces. The development, which will be done in two stages, first with the interior space of 7,250 square feet, to continue in the spring of 2023 with the terrace, will open to the public in December, and in the meantime, customers of the Côtes -à-Côtes will still be able to go to the current location of Petit Champlain until the end of October.

Very busy during the summer period due to the fairly large influx of tourists in the Quartier Petit Champlain, the Côtes-à-Côtes is aiming for greater stability with this move. Requiring an investment of half a million dollars, this move presented itself as a great opportunity for the Côtes-à-Côtes to renew itself by setting up in a new district. Customers will be able to come and taste the same cuisine that has made the reputation of the restaurant for several years now, in a completely new universe with a resolutely urban design! The decor, developed around a palette of vibrant, warm colors, combining various patterns and textures, will be embellished with several plant touches, including an entire wall, harmonizing the different spaces, whether living room, lounge or benches. In addition to deploying a revisited visual signature, the Côtes-à-Côtes promises an updated culinary offer, but also the integration of a new take-out ready-to-eat counter and even entertainment from Thursday to Saturday! Jazz music, pianist and singer are in the plans!

“We are pleased to launch the second decade of the Côtes-à-Côtes Resto Grill in Lebourgneuf, a dynamic and booming sector. We will thus stabilize our traffic in order to have a permanent team with less fluctuation. For us, it was imperative to reorient our business with the new labor challenges, in order to continue to offer the quality that we have accustomed our distinguished clientele,” mentions Nicolas Lavigne, co-owner.

VISIT THE COAST BY COAST UNTIL OCTOBER!
While waiting for its move, the Côtes-à-Côtes will remain open to customers at its current location until October. So there is still time to stop by for one last time, and enjoy the few remaining weeks of summer, on the largest terrace in town, offering a breathtaking view of the Fairmont le Château Frontenac.

ABOUT THE CÔTES-À-CÔTES RESTO-GRILL
Much more than a stop for tourists, the Côtes-à-Côtes restaurant, which welcomes nearly 125,000 customers a year, is definitely a must for enjoying Quebec City! The visual aspect of the place is breathtaking and the menu is far from giving its place! From the name of the restaurant, it is easy to guess that the ribs are a pure delight and are the pride of the restaurant. Braised in the oven for seven to eight hours, they are then caramelized with one of three tasty homemade sauces. Since 2010, Nicolas Lavigne and Yohan Bottero, co-owners of the establishment, have made it their duty to pass on their passion to their team, which provides warm and dynamic service every day.
