The Antiquarius in Sherbrooke closes today
MÉTEK DEMERS / April 13, 2014
After 15 years in downtown Sherbrooke, the owner François Dubois had to close the doors of the Antiquarius Wellington North this afternoon. He says this is due to a lack of customers in the evening and a general slowdown in the economy that is noticed in all eating establishments in the area. Unfortunately eight employees lose their jobs but all were warned in advance of the closure, which allowed them to work elsewhere. Mr. Dubois still remains active with the Bocage in Compton.
