Once again, the organization La Tablée des Chefs presents the charity event La Grande Tablée. It will be held at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac on October 20 2014 and almost 300 people are expected. Another event is scheduled Nov. 17, 2014, this time at the Fairmont Le Reine Élizabeth in Montreal.
The evening of the october 20 will begin at 17:30 for a cocktail and will continue with a six services meal prepared by renowned chefs such as François Blais, Éric Lessard, Alexis Jegou, Christian Lemelin, Stéphane Modat and Baptiste Peupion.
La Tablée des Chefs is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to feed families in need and to educate future generations by developing their self-sufficiency with the food.
