Remember that this restaurant was founded in 1991 in the Old Port of Quebec by chef Daniel Vézina and his wife Suzanne Gagnon. The name is a "tribute" to the couple's children, Laurie-Alex and Raphaël. And guess what? The two children are now the Director and Executive Chef, respectively, of the Dalhousie Street Institution. Then Colonel Sanders’s famous fast food chain, PFK, returns to the old capital after a two-year hiatus. About thirty restaurants in ten sectors of the city will offer a table d'hôte menu at a reduced price, that is, $ 40 or $ 60 per person or $ 60 for two people.
