It will be possible to take tea, dinner and dessert in the famous fine jewelry store Birk of St. Catherine Street in Montreal. At the initiative of Jérôme Ferrer, from restaurant Europea, visitors can take a healthy meal accented with delicate pastries. The comedian and TV host Francis Reddy is a partner in the project.
Ferrer will have in his team the internationally renowned master chocolatier Christophe Morel and Roland Del Monte, a pastry chef honored, to offer sumptuous desserts.
Even if the jewelry is intended for a certain class of people, the Café will be open to all who want to take a break to afford a meal from the menu concocted by Isabelle Huot, a well known doctor in nutrition.
