Allô mon Coco comes out of its shell and shows its new colors

Quebec City, August 16, 2021 - Allô mon Coco restaurants are enjoying a dazzling makeover to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Having become a staple for lunch and dinner in Quebec, the fast-growing banner will now sport a vibrant, contemporary and highly distinctive look.

"Over time, Allô mon Coco has positioned itself as the ultimate lunch destination with a diverse clientele. Rather than relying on the codes commonly used by restaurants in this category, we decided to focus on adding a dose of happiness, sparkling and luminosity to our image ”, comments Ève Desmarais, Vice-President and Chef brand of Allô mon Coco restaurants, including a new branch will soon open in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

SPARKLING AND BRIGHT

Allô mon Coco offers classic breakfasts, as well as Signature meals, but always with the aim of adding a touch of sparkling, whether by the composition of the flavors or by the distinctive presentation. The new image and the new decor highlight these unique attributes, this je ne sais quoi that has won over the brand's growing clientele.

To redefine Allô mon Coco, the Management has chosen to team up with the Stand MTL collective and the firm Artesa Architectes Concepteur, also responsible for the renewal of the Thaïzone banner; a winning collaboration, the result of which, as eclectic as it is harmonious, is striking. Accents of copper, coral and concrete add to the yellows and whites that already characterized the brand. In the dining room, neon lights, vegetation and the art deco fabric now rub shoulders with modern and comfortable furniture. The bar, which has its own section in the restaurant, is featured here.

Note that the Allô mon Coco offering is also known to grow over the next few years. In addition to the evolving menu, the banner also wants to market a collection of products in grocery stores.
