A quarter of a century for Resto-Pub L'ImMédia!

With the new addresses that open and close each year and the fierce competition in the field of catering, it is not much wrong if we say that celebrating 25 years for a restaurant is huge!
The exploit, Louise De Angelis, owner of the Resto-Pub L'ImMédia, and her daughter Marianne can be proud to have raised it, since their restaurant has just blown its 25th candles.

Located in the Cap-Rouge area, the Resto-Pub, renowned for its delicious smoked meat, is a must. It was in August 1992 that the restaurant was in its infancy. Immediately, the theme of the media was integrated in the establishment since the spouse of Mrs. De Angelis was then photographer to the newspaper Le Soleil. It is always in the media universe that we plunge today by entering Immoedia while feeling that the establishment has evolved over the last 25 years. The atmosphere here, festive and friendly! Winks to traditional media and new media are embedded in the decoration, titles of dishes and even place mats.
A menu that makes people happy
Of course, there is the smoked-meat, how to miss it? The quality of the smoked meat made the reputation of the place for ages! The crunchy fish & chips also does not give place. Clubs sandwiches, burgers, salads and house pogos also know how to satisfy gourmands. And what about home fries and their mayonnaises with pesto, salted herbs or cajun! In matches matches and slightly corked, they know how to stand out. For my part, it is on the new poutine Canular (duck confit and homemade barbecue sauce) that I set my sights to celebrate this well-deserved anniversary. A delight!

This may be one of the ingredients of this success, but the restaurant is constantly renewing itself and keeping pace. That's why, in the spirit of the wave of popularity for mixology, a new cocktail card is now offered. The six new cocktails were designed by Patrice Plante's team at Monsieur Cocktail. The names of these last ones are inspired by the media theme, more precisely social networks, the Influencer, Hashtag Romeo, Cosmo with filter, Status: in terrace mode, Embargo on rum and CAESAR Copyright Cap-Rouge .
One senses that the passion is still burning in the owner who fervently transmits his love for restoration and service to his daughter. A beautiful family story that is far from over ... because recently, even the third generation is working on the floor!
