Beer lovers will be delighted to taste “Märzen”, a lager-type blonde with an orange robe, having undergone a long fermentation at low temperature. Light and refreshing, it is very rich. It reveals aromas of toast on a frame of biscuit caramel. This medium-bodied beer offers malty and slightly sweet cereal notes, well balanced, with moderate bitterness, as well as delicate floral notes. In addition to being offered at Pub le Mitan, beer will be available at several outlets across the province.

THE HISTORY OF THE ÎLE D’ORLÉANS MICROBRASSERIE
Owned since 2016 by the Haacht brewery, located in Boortmeerbeek, north-east of Brussels, the Île d'Orléans Microbrewery was founded in 2006 by two Quebec entrepreneurs. Located in the heart of Sainte-Famille, the Microbrewery is constantly evolving, offering unique products that reflect the character rich in history of the Island of Orleans. With an investment of $ 5 million in 2020, the company has had a makeover, with a redesigned décor for its Pub le Mitan, and modernized equipment. Thanks to the know-how of the artisan brewers of the Île d'Orléans Microbrasserie, the establishment painstakingly develops original brews. Today, the company offers a range of beers that will appeal to everyone, in addition to offering, over the seasons, unique products available on tap or in cans.
