Provide a unique experience to our customers; ensure customer satisfaction during and after the meal; answer customer questions and make suggestions as needed; prepare cocktails and mocktails; properly serve wine.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, stress tolerance; knowledge of French and English; knowledge and application of labor standards and basic principles of health and safety, as well as hygiene and sanitation; interest or knowledge of wines (an asset).
