Supervise daily evening service operations, Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere, Manage and motivate the front-of-house team, Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service, Manage reservations, schedules, and front-of-house inventory, Participate in staff training and integration, Implement company policy and follow up with management
At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Relevant management experience (minimum 2 years), Natural leadership and excellent organizational skills, Basic wine knowledge, Excellent communication skills, Ability to manage stress and make quick decisions, Available for full-time evening shifts (including weekends)
