Supervise daily operations in the dining room and bar, guide and support the team during service, provide professional and warm service in the dining room, manage reservations, customer feedback, and specific requests, manage bar stocks and orders, apply hygiene and safety standards
Confirmed experience in management and restaurant service, proficiency in French and English, leadership and teamwork skills, good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits, professionalism, dynamism, and a sense of service
