Responsible for the preparation of cold meals, salads, and desserts, enforcing hygiene and safety measures, applying loss control and food recovery methods, assessing food needs and participating in inventory management, supervising and assisting participants in social reintegration programs in developing their skills and completing their kitchen tasks, aligning with the mission and organizational culture.
Diploma in professional cooking, MAPAQ food hygiene and safety certification, minimum 5 years of experience in institutional cooking, sought qualities: organization, leadership, creativity, cleanliness, initiative.
