We are looking for a passionate and creative cook to join our dynamic team. As a production cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and setup of various dishes for our clients. You will also participate in various events, contributing to the culinary success of diverse events while respecting the excellence standards of our clientele.
Prepare and cook dishes with a particular emphasis on quality, presentation, and flavors. Work under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards. Participate in the management and supervision of kitchen teams during events (commis, kitchen assistants). Adapt dish preparation according to logistical constraints related to the event (location, number of guests, available equipment). Ensure impeccable presentation of dishes, true to the high-end image of the establishment.
Training in cooking (DEP or equivalent) or significant experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a similar environment, particularly in the context of events. Culinary creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with quality products. Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy. Ability to work in a team and coordinate actions under pressure. Driver's license desired for travel to events (as needed).
