Oversee the entire process, from orders to the final product, including testing and maintenance
3 to 5 years minimum experience in commercial brewing, brewing training (DEP, technical, university or equivalent), knowledge in microbiology applied to brewing, experience in production management and logistics, knowledge of the EKOS system (asset)
