A must-see address on the South Shore
For South Shore residents, ES Café needs no introduction. With its four branches well established in the region, the company has conquered the hearts of locals. No matter what day or time I go there, the place is packed. The decor, both modern and welcoming, creates a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax. Whether for working, reading or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee, the different facilities are designed to meet everyone's needs.


The clientele is as diverse as the atmosphere is friendly: loyal regulars, students looking for a space for their teamwork, busy workers on meal breaks, mothers on maternity leave or even teleworkers wishing to change of scenery. It is this diversity that makes the ES Café a real place of meeting and living.

Little gourmet pleasures 
During my many visits, I generally settle for a coffee and a little sweet treat. I have almost completely explored the different hot drinks on the menu and I often come back to the flat white, the cappuccino or the latte. Sometimes I succumb to the temptation of seasonal specialties, like pumpkin latte in the fall or Christmas lemonade during the holiday season. I particularly appreciate their creativity and their very affordable prices, much more competitive than those of the big chains.

A menu that appeals at any time
I regularly see lunch plates overflowing with fruit passing by and they have earned their reputation. Last time, I opted for the La Stare Béné plate, a runny egg placed on an English muffin with Swiss cheese, ham, bacon and a decadent creamy sun-dried tomato sauce. It was simply delicious! A few days later, at lunchtime, I also looked at the window full of various sandwiches and appetizing salads, all beautifully presented. My choice was a buffalo beef sandwich, accompanied by a pasta salad and, of course, coffee. A meal as delectable as it is satisfying! My sandwich was served hot, with tender meat and a tasty sauce. The small fresh salad that accompanied it added a light and balanced touch. This meal met all my expectations.


One of the major assets of ES Café is undoubtedly their simple and efficient service method. After paying at the counter, we receive a number and the order is then brought directly to our table. Nothing more practical!


When passing through the South Shore of Quebec, the ES café is definitely worth a stop.
