In 1989, Trois-Rivieres, was born the first Stratos Pizzeria, which was at the time a simple counter-delivery of poutine and pizza.
Mr. Stratos Chrisafoudis, of Greek origin, had no idea at the time that his small company would, in just a decade, the current chain of restaurants that we know. To date, there are thirty franchises located throughout the province.
The first Stratos Townships, for its part, will open its doors in 1994 on the Council to Sherbrooke Street in the east of the city. Laurent Rousseau and his wife, Chantal Bordeleau, give themselves body and soul to ensure the success of their business. With their experience in business management,
Mr. Rousseau and Ms. Bordeleau decided in 1995 to open a second Stratos is he always at the corner of Belvedere and Galt South West. In 1998, the Stratos Board of the street is moving! It will now take place at the corner of Papineau and 12th Avenue North, where he remains today. A bigger space will allow them to benefit the customer a small dining room of 35 seats, while continuing to offer a delivery service and now the counter for take out.
In February 2002 the Stratos of 12th Avenue North will expand its dining room into what it is today, a warm friendly and can accommodate 110 people and 50 more during the summer with its lovely terrace.
