Starbucks

What guests say about Starbucks

Reviews are very mixed, but several customers complain about slow service, mistakes in orders, and a sometimes cold or rude welcome. A few people, however, mention very friendly staff, good drive-thru service, and drinks that are sometimes well made. Overall, the experience seems inconsistent and the wait can be long, so it is not the most reliable option if you are in a hurry.
