What guests say about Starbucks

Reviews are mixed, with a decent average rating and several customers finding the staff friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The drinks seem to be well liked, including the coffee and matcha. On the other hand, wait times often come up as a weak point, especially at the drive-thru, with delays considered too long by many.
