Review summary

What guests say about Restaurant Ruby Rouge

Reviews are very mixed, with several customers finding the food flavorful and appreciating the cart service for dim sum. However, many report rude or nearly nonexistent service, as well as a lack of attention at the front desk and in the organization. Several comments also mention cleanliness issues and concerns about the freshness of the dishes, which come up often in the less positive experiences.
