It was in 1999 that the Boutin family opened their first chicken restaurant in Sherbrooke (King East street). In June 2003, bolstered by the success of the first restaurant, the owners of this rotisserie in Sherbrooke decided to expand their business by opening a second restaurant on Bourque Boulevard in Rock Forest. Both branches offer a take-out counter and a fast and courteous delivery service. The Sherbrooke restaurant (King East street) offers you ALL YOU CAN EAT in its dining room, with salad, BBQ sauce, and fountain drinks included. Highly appreciated for the quality of its roasted chicken and its famous grilled dishes and salads, Chicking chicken is carefully prepared, trimmed of fat before cooking, and seasoned according to an authentic recipe that ensures tender, juicy, and perfectly golden meat. Our delicious potatoes are specially selected and cooked in trans-fat-free oil, so our fries remain crispy for your utmost delight. As for our sauce, the blend of spices that composes it finely enhances the good taste of the chicken without ever masking it. In recent years, the Chicking team has fully focused on a new mission, namely to offer superior quality products while respecting the recommendations of the food industry aimed at healthier eating. As a result, by taking this health turn, Chicking restaurants thus become the first restaurants in Sherbrooke to offer chicken trimmed of fat before cooking, non-GMO fried potatoes cooked in trans-fat-free oil, as well as a variety of salads with low-fat dressings.
