Job description
Cook assistant sought for multiple positions in 3 branches in Sherbrooke. In-person position with flexible schedule and benefits.
Responsibilities
Put dishes away in the designated place; sanitize dishes and other items and wash them by hand; package takeout food; prepare and heat simple dishes; stock refrigerators and salad bars; use manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and cut food products; clean and sanitize the kitchen, workstations, cabinets, storage areas, and equipment; handle cleaning products and store them; receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage areas; remove waste and garbage and empty trash bins; sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors.
Requirements
Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, attention to detail, reliable, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, sense of responsibility, positive attitude. Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada, or newcomers/refugees with a valid work permit.
